Mcdonald's

They gave me a bit off piece of meat and I didn't realize until I got home and checked my food. Just check before you get home, you should be fine. The "manager" expected me to inconvenience myself and bring it back when she should have took my word for it and waited for me to come back with the receipt and picture but she insisted that I bring big Mac back. Too far away from the store. She should have just told me she would be glad to take care of it for me, no questions asked. That's what a professional manager would do. There are too many teenage girls hanging out in the window at the drive through and it's really unprofessional to hover over the customer drinks and clown around while you're supposed to be serving our food. Seems like adult supervision is needed at this location really bad. Thumbs down 👎

Just waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes for them to randomly close when they had a drive thru line wrapping around the building, they didn't care to tell anybody until we got to the speaker. Very poor customer service especially when they get mad when the customers are upset after waiting in line so long just to be told they are closed.

This used to be my favorite McDonald's in Aiken, hands down. Now the service has gone so far downhill, I'm actually finding myself going out of my way to make people aware. I've never experienced such rude cashiers at a McDonald's which is interesting to state...the management goes above and beyond though, I can say that.

Honestly, I don’t eat McDonalds like at all. I went to Wendy’s on my lunch break (11:30 pm) sat in the line for approximately 25 minutes after getting my order taken. I left out the line and drove across the street to McDonald’s cause I get off at 7am and needed to eat. It was an older white lady working the drive through even through a pandemic and being short staffed she was extremely kind and very patient. I have found that good customer service have gone down the drain lately. I don’t know who she is, but I hope God blesses her.

If what I got VS what I asked for was a person! (Please see picture) This was the Worse chicken sandwich I’ve received from here! You reach a point in life where you get tired of spending all this money and get handed what ever! Not today McDonald’s on whiskey rd! Some one please get the staff from the Clearwater location to show them how it’s done.
