I tried to give you all another chance but now I'm all thru with y'all... First, I drove all the way back because ya left out my extra biscuit. Now, I get all the way home and realize, you left out a drumstick. I'm disgusted because the girl who was putting my order together, was more concerned with expressing out loud, "I do what I wanna do..., " than getting my order right. And BTW, I'm also disgusted with this brick(supposed to be a biscuit), I had driven, all the way back for today. Throw the whole franchisee away! 🙄 NEVER AGAIN! 💯

I'm a truck driver & can't go through the drive thru! The Doors was locked even though 5 customers was setting & eating! Had to walk around to drive thru! Saw a online driver come to the door & the door was opened to allow them to pick up their food! While I was still standing outside the drive thru window, holding people up! Terrible management! I will never stop there again or recommend anyone to go there!!!🤬

Makes 0 sense you can't order inside but you can go inside to pick up food you ordered on your phone in the parking lot. I won't be going back until they get over the stupidness. Covid restrictions are over I'm fully vaccinated. The workers aren't wearing masks....so what's the point? Power trip much?
