Arby's

One of the better Arby's around. Usually quick with order preparation and quality is always good . Customer service had been lacking in the past but has been stellar last three visits. Dinged one star bc of forgetting an item or sandwich not made to personal specs I. E. No mustard . But that's a rare occurrence.

Stressed over and over the food was for someone who HAD to have some sort of sauce bc they cannot eat food dry due to a swallowing disorder. She is very elderly. They repeated back that the order required extra, extra packs of Arby's sauce and 2 packs of marinara sauce. Again, repeated it MULTIPLE times and had them repeat it back to me. The food was going to someone 17 miles away. They verbalized their understanding. $16 worth of food. They park me bc they don't have the food ready. I wait 10 minutes. They finally bring the food, I yet AGAIN ask did they put the sauce in the bag and the answer was yes. I get all the way to where she lives and guess what? No sauce at all. None. No Arby's sauce, no Marina sauce, nothing. They don't close till 11 so I called at 8 minutes before 11 to let them know I expect the order to be replaced tomorrow... Correctly. They didn't answer the phone. Horrible, horrible service. They give zero cares about doing their job right. They sling a bag at you and it's pot luck as to whether it'll be right.

While waiting for my order, another customer came in and waited several minutes with no acknowledgement from staff. He made a comment asking if anyone was taking orders. One employee called out to another saying a customer was at the front. Several minutes and still no service. 5 employees were standing around. One was on Facebook, the others were standing around. He asked again if one of the employees could take his order, that he would like to order some food. One of the employees said you don't have to be so brligerant someone will take your order soon. He then said that there are 5 people standing there and asked if one of them could take his order. The one who was apparently in charge told him that he was not going to be served and told him to leave. Had I not already paid for my order, I would have left also. This was a total disrespect for the customer and I will not be back to purchase food again at this location.

I bought the chicken sandwich meal and the fish sandwich meal. Both sandwiches had soggy lettuce and the fish patty seemed old and dry. I asked for curly fries and got pieces of dry hard fries with one or two decent ones. Also the fries had crinkle cut fries mixed in which wasn't a big deal just odd. They had no straws which I understand due to supply chIn issues.

The brisket and bacon had good flavor but it looked like left overs the bacon was hard and chewy and honestly not a lot of meat in general. I expected more for an $8 sandwich. The French dip was delicious all by itself didn't need to dip it. But I did just to see wasn't bad wasn't great with the Ajus could take it or leave it. The service that night seemed quit annoyed and irritated.

Lived in Aiken for over 30 years and tried Arby's due to Hardee's dining room was closed. I will never go back to Arby's. The roast beef sandwich was poor and the fries had a terrible, old oil taste. Just go to Subway or anywhere else. Almost immediately I received a follow-up from Arby's about my experience as a web form. I tried unsuccessfully for about 20 minutes to provide more information but the web form is faulty and couldn't be submitted. If Arby's wants wants my input then I am easily located. No more forms.
