Subway

The rudest manager ever. Some loud Italian woman.. She was so loud, she was unkind, and heaven forbid she admit she was wrong. Her employees appeared timid and scared every time she came in the room, she did nothing to help them. She repeatedly pointed out in front of everyone if they did something wrong. People left the line with no sandwiches rather then stay and witness that.. Couple months ago I mobile ordered almost $50 on 6 sandwiches. They were literally out of the ingredients to make 2 of them. She knew before I got there. She had my number but did she bother to call me about any alternative? Nope. I ordered ahead for a reason. When I arrived order was not ready. I was like fine ill go next door and get fruit and drinks to go with. I came back still not ready. So I waited and I waited. Finally got my order and drove all the way back to Smoot where my family waited for their lunch almost 1.5 hrs, only to find out not one of my sandwiches was made to order. Not one. Not even the kids simplest 5 ingredient sandwich was made like we ordered it. Terrible. I will not go there again as long as she's the manager. I sent an email to corporate office and I have not had one response.

Very rude and unprofessional employees. My family went in to get sandwiches and none of the employees were wearing masks, even though there were signs everywhere saying “we care about your health and safety!” When it was our turn, we politely asked the workers to wear masks while they were making our sandwiches since they were leaning over our food and talking at the same time. First, one employee lied and said “I would, but we don’t have any,” to which another employee said, “no we have them in the back, I just refuse to wear them,” and then continued to talk about how she “won’t be a sheep and follow the crowd.” My dad politely asked one more time if she would please wear a mask for just 5 minutes to make our sandwiches and they still refused, so we walked out and left without any food (which resulted in another customer leaving too because she also wanted them to wear masks). So unprofessional.

Went to use a coupon for meal. Had used a coupon like it in the past. Woman behind counter said she could not find the button on the checkout that corresponded to the coupon. When questioning salesgirl she got rude and mad that I dare to ask anything about it. She needs a lesson on customer service. Will not patronize Afton WY Subway again. Rude saleshelp.
