Food was good, staff were friendly and service was prompt. They made a minor error with one plate of food ordered but rectified this very quickly and offered us a 10 percent discount for the error. I insisted on paying more than the discounted price because their response and service was excellent and the food was very good. The salt and pepper egg plant was delicious.

My partner and I have been to this place a few times. I made a booking and the staff asked if I preferred to sit anywhere, which I was very pleased with because whenever I make a booking in particular, I always stay away from windows and doors because of the cold breeze. Most wait staff don't ask this so I give them a thumbs up for it. On dinner night, our request was granted. We arrived just a few minutes before most of the crowd came, though the restaurant was actually quite packed already. Our order took some time to arrive, which was understandable from my perspective due to the number of people that were there already. The food my partner and I ordered was the same as the previous time we visited to see if it was consistent, and it was. We ordered salt and pepper eggplant and cubed scotch fillet. The eggplant was cooked properly, none of that unfavorable bitterness at the back of your tongue. The scotch fillet was soft and tender and the sauce was amazing. Multiple of their staff apologized to us because they believed our food took a long time to come out. At the end, the store took the initiative to put a discount on our food, even without us commenting on it taking a while to be brought out. Their customer service is well above average. Overall the experience was great.

Service staff was very nice and helpful. However the food was just awful. I ordered the beef pho tonight and was very disappointed. The noodle colour was a worry because they were white and yellow even on the same strand. The noodles had been over cooked and were broken into small pieces. There was identifiable beef strips and then some sort of weird sausage that looked disgusting and I would never put in my mouth. Anyway I had very little to eat, paid and walked out. I can only hope I do not get sick from the small amount I did eat.

Terrible food and service. The food lacked taste. Had ordered "make your own rice paper rolls" And most of the rice paper sheets were broken. Plates in the restaurant were dirty and there were flies buzzing everywhere. Had ordered the menus "veg fried rice" and found it had chicken in it (definitely not vegetarian!) When we pointed it out to the staff, they were unwilling to take it back, and said that the we shouldve told them beforehand not to add chicken, instead of admitting to their mistake. Food is over priced for the quantity and definitely not worth it. Ps- do not order the bean curd tofu...its a joke.
