Chili's

DO NOT ORDER PICKUP. Got confirmation email hours ago. When I showed up to pickup, I received this email. If they haven’t figured out pickup this late into quarantine, they never will. Hungry group of 12 awkwardly waiting at home for Chili’s to cook their food that should have been ready an hour ago. How embarrassing for me and Chili’s.

I love chili's but how are you the manger takeing my order and it come out like this? I asked for a chicken sandwich with tomatoes cheddar cheese and Ranch! This is what was in my bag 🙊🙉🙈!! Customer service was though I ordered at 547 and waited for my food until 640 with a 9yr old in the car. Everytime we asked about our food we got eyes rolls so idk what was going on but I hope it gets better!! Highly upset i am still straving cause this didn't do shittt!!

Took forever for a server to acknowledge were there. We had to go back to host and let her know. When a waiter finally showed up and took our drink & appetizer order....shockingly we got the appetizer 1st. When asked that server about our sweet teas he replied someone will get it to you. Sir how ofter do patrons get their cooked appetizers before their non alcoholic drinks. Why couldn't get our drinks. (Nothing else was in hand!) What made it worst was when the waiter brought our to go container without a glove on his hand and a visible wound on his hand. Poor customer service at its finest.
