The best Dunkin around! The coffee is really great and the service is awesome. They’re the fastest Dunkin by far! Even with a long line they get cars moving so quickly!

This is the worst Dunkins I’ve ever been to in my life. The workers are so bad that I looked this place up to leave my first ever internet comment on a business. The whole building needs to be fired and replaced with competent people. No one in line, I order a med hot milk and sugar and they give me this ??? They didn’t give me the donut and ground coffee I ordered either

So up until the other day, I would have given 5 stars.. But the past 4 times I have gone to this Dunkin drive-thru, they have a younger kid at the window, who usually says not 1 word to you. But recently, when pulling up to the window, he has greeted me with, "Yo."-?
I was caught a little off guard and just said hi. Not once has he said, "here you go", or, "thank you", or, "you're welcome." Just leaves me with not so great memories, of this Dunkin location.

Always has a nice staff there. Red haired gal that waied on every pleasant and efficient. Boy, this is a crew that is constantly cleaning. Place is always very spotless and always a crew member doing some cleaning if not waiting on a customer.

Employees talking on a phone while working the drive-in, and customers were backed up around the building. Two employees out of 5 were doing most of the work. VERY unprofessional, masks hanging under there chins, forgetting parts of the order, or giving the wrong item to customers.

I love this location most days, but I'd avoid it on a Saturday. Their employee, Omar, is very difficult to deal with. For example, whenever I order more than two coffees, I say "And i don't need a tray, thank you". His reply? "I didn't offer you one". He talks over you at the speaker, and mocks you if you make an error while ordering. It's not necessary or fun.
