Wendy's

Went to store at 5pm today (Sunday) when their hours are until 10pm tonight. Not even a notice on the door or windows of being short staffed. One worker shook his head no when my boyfriend and I went to the dining room door; the other was in the back cleaning and both were on phones completely ignoring the drive thru.

Girl tells me at speaker box total was $13 and some change I get to window she says $17. I tell her no you have wrong order mine was only 13 and some change. When I ask for a manager lady comes over shirt a mess all stained from whatever was discussing looking to be a manager and look that way if she was my employee she be fired on spot for looking like that. She says girl rang your order in wrong. Like IDC. Not my fault girl should not be taking orders if she can't do job right. I was not backing down I told manager you will give me my order for the 13 and change like you told me or I was gonna call higher up and report her for way she lied bout my total and all. Long story short she gave me my food for the 13 and change.

One of the if not the worst fast food place I've ever been to and I just moved from Baltimore city. I expected so much better being where it's located but no literally everything about this place is garbage. They close down early and open late all the time completely disregarding the posted hours of operation. The staff is terrible too nothing what you'd expect from the area. They should close this place down already

The food was COLD, wasn't impressed with the service either. Very surprising, it's usually really good. I got the Big Bag, the fries were awful, the burgers were dry, cold and tasteless like they had been sitting for hours. The nuggets were the only good thing. Wendy's when I was younger was so good, the burgers were juicy. Now it's like no one cares, just another fast food restaurant
