Dunkin' Donuts

Bought 3 sweet teas light ice with lemon and received like 3 light brown sugar waters with no lemon and light ice. When I asked why it was so clear the guy says that's the recipe. It taste like sugar water not tea. Find another dunkin. This one stinks. This is the second time I have have been there and each time has been a bad experience. Every other dunkin I have been to has darker/stronger tea.

I am (was) a regular at this store. I would come every morning to pick up my routine mobile order at the drive thru which is only a coffee, sandwich, hash browns and sometimes a donut each for my husband and I. Every time the order was incorrect or an item was missing- the staff would make it seem like it was my fault. I never initially gave them too much hell for it but eventually they would tell me things like “you’re ordering it on the app and arriving too soon to the store” or “your order is too large, please give us 15-20 minutes after you order on the app” (which would make my food way too cold and it’s not by any means a ‘large’ order) they always want to argue over the mistakes they make instead of simply apologizing for the mistake and moving along. I had been coming here for weeks spending $100s at their store every week only to be whittled down to the point where I do not enjoy coming to this store any longer and will no longer give my money to this location.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! I have sever food poisoning. I order from here on Friday June 2nd I ordered a large lemonade, a wake up wrap & a glazed donut because it was national donut day. I at my order about 15 mins after picking it up via drive thru. By the time I got to work 30mins later I was hit with sever nauseous about an hour later I started throwing up uncontrollably. I was told to leave work. I missed out on money because of this. I had to pull over 3 times on my way home go throw up. I threw up until there was nothing left but stomach acid. As soon as I got home I rushed to the bathroom as It started coming out my other end. Not only do I need a refund but I am pushing this as far as I can get. Today is Saturday June 4th & it’s still coming out of me one way or another. This is sever food poisoning. If it persists I will have to go to the hospital. I cannot believe this Dunkin’ Donuts!!!!!! Shame on you all!!!!!! A health inspector needs to come to this location because I know I’m not the only was this has happened to & will happen to. This is unacceptable. I will be contacting corporate about this

THE WORSE LOCATION, My experience tonight was horrible. they over talk to you and they are rude when you ask them Questions bout a certain product and The man with the raspy voice answered my Question and then said “you want the order or not “ I’ve decided to go to another location Closer to my home. This location is very rude.
