I'd like to share something but unfortunately I didn't even receive any service. I spent 20 minutes in the drive thru (one car ahead of me) and decided to leave because I saw the car ahead of me leave and still no one took my order. Bad service.

WORST burger king ever they do not make the orders correctly and when you go to call an ask them if they can remake it the right way they argue with you they are rude nor do they ever put recipts in bags so you can fully report the situations that they create that are not right. They are not friendly nor do I think they care about their costumers. They are just out for your money.

Ordered online around 5:25 I made it to the place at 5:47 food wasn't done till 6:28 it's not even that busy! I worked at a fast food place before and never took that long to serve a consumer.

Amazing wait for overpriced fast food.
Went inside to complain and immediately regretted placing my order in the drive thru. Was greeted with hostile stares and a dark and dirty lobby. They appeared to only have 2 employees and a manager, who was not present.

The food tasted good. The service however was not super great. The man who was working the window had a bit of a bad attitude. I’ve been here multiple times the service is usually much better.

Went to get 2 strawberry milkshakes and was told they don’t have strawberry milkshakes there... lmao what? Considering how much business burger king in Abilene gets, they should have the stuff for it but they said they don’t even have them at all. It’s literally on the website .... burger kings customer service has been on a steady decline for YEARS now. I’m honestly surprised they’re still even in business at this point.... literally the only things we ordered were two strawberry shakes. I mean really? So disappointed honestly

Whoever owns/manages the store in Abilene, KS, needs to focus on hospitality and no attitudes. The rude mofo, Eli, had a major attitude and my order was partly wrong. The drive-thru employee is supposed to be trained to check the food order BEFORE giving the food to the customers. However; the cook, Kyel, was fantastic and made sure the food order was fresh/steaming hot. Thank you, Kyel, for a wonderful dinner!
