This location is good. The food is always good. The customer service isn't great but it's not bad compared to the other location. If you are gonna eat BK in Abilene I would recommend this location.

Came in today but it’s always the same girl YASMEEN that is always rude today I asked for extra creamer and sugar and she shut the window in my face I had to knock on the glass to get her attention and when I asked for the extra creamers and sugars she replied it’s in the bag with the rudest attitude. Who ever the gm is can you please make sure your employees in the window are friendly, kind, and welcoming YASMEEN IS THE COMPLETE OPPSOITE OF THOSE THINGS

I ordered the new sourdough burger with bacon.
When I received my order it was a reg cheese burger. Went back to get my order fixed. Only to have to go back to the counter again because the order was still wrong. I know you have to leave room for error. But 3 times getting a order wrong was unacceptable.

We went through the drive thru the other day and received a rubbery chicKing so I called and talked to the sweetest guy (manager I believe) Scott. He took down my info and told me come in when I wanted it replaced.. Today we went in and got out replacement ChicKing it was made to perfection as well as our other combo!! I recommend this Burger King 👑 great service!

It seems everytime I have gone lately they forget to put some of my food in the bag. I usually don't complain about it but I am so tired of it and then I complained and got a smart mouth manager. Not very Happy with the service won't go back.

Went there with a friend ordered our food got it fast the hamburger was good the soda was good but the French fries where way to over salted as u well see in my pic so over all everything else was good for us we just did not like how much salt they use on them and it's too much its enough to give u a heat attack so watch it when u order them ok

Once again, ordered a bacon double cheeseburger. Got one with invisible bacon. Seems to be a trend here. Also help problems, very slow. You would think the food would be hot, but no. Disappointing.

Took forever going through the drive-thru. 11 cars in front of me! When I ordered, there were 5 cars behind me. But, a good burger is worth the wait.
