I gave one star because you can’t give zero stars. A week ago I got a double cheeseburger that turned out to be a single. Yesterday I picked up two double fish sandwiches for me and my wife. I got home and they were singles. I live 40 minutes from town so didn’t want to drive back. I called but never got an answer so I stopped today on my way home from work. I told the manager and she asked if I called. I said yes but no answer. She was rude and said there was nothing wrong with their phone and she couldn’t do anything. Double fish sandwiches are expensive. I said “ so you would rip an old man off then tell him get lost?”. Sad, very sad.

A young gentleman with blond hair(had a pony tail and it was curly I think) was so so so kind! Him and a couple other members but mostly him. My son walked up to him proud as can be from his karate tournament earlier, they spoke about TikTok and my son showed him his Karate metals. This sweet and kind young man took the time to listen and told my son he was proud of him. Proceeded to ask me if he could gift him an ice cream and I said yes! Y’all have an excellent employee working for you and this young man deserves a raise or promotion for representing your company and going above and beyond excellent customer service. Thank you! If you order their breakfast food, there's a chance you will have food poisoning. My husband and I went to get breakfast today and brought some home to his brother, all 3 of us have been feeling very sick between diarrhea and vomiting. This is very bad considering I'm 9 weeks pregnant with twins and I just hope my babies are okay. I definitely would not recommend eating their breakfast at all.

So the staff and food are great. But I'm trying to eat my lunch, and all I hear is the "tyrant" of a boss yelling and barking orders. I would love to say this is the first time it's happened, but today it's extra. I've worked in the food service industry for over 20yrs, and I don't know how they put up with that kind of behavior. I couldn't leave fast enough!!
