Used the drive through as was only getting drinks. Four cars in front of us and we were in line for over 20 minutes. Seems one order would be taken, filled and then the next order taken and filled. Very frustrating as in line in plenty of time for happy hour but sat at the speaker waiting as the clock went past 5. The only explanation the female at the window could give was "the register has changed to regular price". Also had a Sprite with cranberry that was barely pink.

Waited in the drive through and no one answered. Went to a stall placed an order and waited for over half and hour. After checking in staff said it was on the way. Waited longer then staff came out and said they don't have an order. Even though I placed it from the stall not the app ect. Waited another 10 min and they brought me the food that had been sitting the whole time, cold because someone scanned it but didn't bring it out. Then they brought me the wrong order.

It took at least 20 + minutes to get a drink. Unfortunately this was not the first time. It's happened multiple times before. The only reason I gave it 3 stars was simply because the server was really nice and the drink tasted good.

They've changed the burger recipe at this location. I'm not caring for it too much. I miss the old greasy burgers from years ago. Slush's, burritos, tots, ect are all the same. They have hiring problems like everybody else so it's slow but everything comes out hot.

So I frequent a sonic daily for my drink. I go to all of them in Abilene and even go to Sonics when I am out of town. I have a little shi-t-zu puppy that I always get a little pup cup for. Even offer to pay for it. 99.9% of the time they give me one for her for free. Today is the second time I have asked for one for her, even offered to pay at Barrow Sonic and the female manager refused. Twice now. Wouldn't even let me buy one. I just can't believe how greedy she is. She's the only place EVER that has acted this way. Sonic on first has one ready for me when I pull up and even offers bacon for free. Terrible manager and not pet friendly

got a thin, hard piece of chicken on my chicken sandwich, stale onion rings and brownie pieces in my yellow cake batter shake. woman taking our order had attitude, sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes, no one answered it. pulled into stall and woman ignored us asking about if drive thru was open.

Pulled to the intercom to order, waited a couple minutes, no answer. Said hello?? A few times still no response, after finally pulling up to the window, I asked if speaker was broken, girl calmly said, no we just didn't answer. Wow...really? No apology, it seemed like it was an inconvenience to take my order.

Sorry guys. I love sonic but this location is slow on service, cold food that’s supposed to be hot and an incomplete order.
