When I went they seemed to be handling things by having the employees outside assisting. The employees were very polite and it seemed to make everything flow a lot easier. Always good food and good customer service.

The restaurant itself is good. It is the traffic that is horrible. The location is terrible. Sometimes when I pass by, I see alot of 🚗 lined up! Just to go to the curbside parking you have to go through the drive thru entrance and then to the other side of the building. The Hwy 351 location is better as far as curbside and drive thru! Food and employees here are nice!

Chick-fil-A food is good. That being said the 3 stars is actually due to their location. The drive thru line backs up far enough to block traffic on Southwest Drive (a very busy street here in Abilene). They do get you through the line pretty quickly, but it's an ever-growing line.

The place was crowded but once we got through the line inside and placed our order the food was delivered quickly. The floors were filthy with napkins and sealed condiments all over the floor. There were plenty of workers but 5 of them were off to the side laughing and talking when they should have been cleaning up the area. The service was not the usual Chick-fil-A customer service that I am used to. The only Chick-Fil-A I have been to in 4 states with that level of poor customer service.

K, gotta check start my bag every time I leave Northside Chic-fil-a. Missing little things like fries and parfaits. & catching attitudes when brought to their attention. Did some McDonald's employees recently transition here?

I ordered a tray via the app. I assumed it would be really at the time I requested. I had to wait 10 minutes or so on top of the time I waited in line, which was about 5 minutes. Once I got my order, I had to go back and request paper goods that was included with my online order and waited another 10-15 minutes b4 finally getting those 😔🙄

Order delivery here alot, great people, quick with deliveries, however I do not like the parking lot when I do go there. Extremely dangerous and impossible to manuever. A good experience majority of the time. Have had hiccups with deliveries before once left it on my car, a couple other times left at door without knocking even though placed hand off in order. However food is always great and deliveries are quick.do wish ththey didnt stop delivering shakes but probably a good reason for that.

Need a better system in the drive thru. It's frustrating to get there and watch 5 cars go past you when you were there first because of employees talking to people and holding up the line. That's pretty bad service. Won't be back.
