A gem of a place. The Sunday lunch menu was divine 😋. The amount of meat on our plates I have never had before. Roasties, cauliflower cheese Yorkshire pud, veggies all excellent. Atmosphere, service, and price were spot on. We were amazed at the number of people who were bringing their own plates and trays for the takeaway Sunday lunch. Book it and you will not be disappointed. Thank you 😊

On the 2nd of July my wife and I celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary and decided that we would go a local restaurant and the Vamos very near our home and since it has been under new ownership and local we should eat here. Well from our 1st step in the we were met with a very polite host who showed us our table. After seating and drink orders made & received within 4mins excellent. Between we received our drinks (and as a ex head silver service waiter with 25+years xp) and through out our meal witch took 3 hours never did we fell rushed, preshared or intimated to hurry our food. As it was a Sunday that offer there menu + pork and beef Sunday roast along with a good offering of vegie and vegan meals along with so many others. On our visit they had have in stock two drinks I asked for 1 was a draught beer (small restaurant fresh beer) and 2nd was red wine they had house and wine seller wa late with order. (No cap wine delivery arrived just as I was leaving) The food was amazing the Sunday roast more so but th vegetables where way way overcooked for this guy. The stuff on our visit where young and very friendly polite and nolagible about the menu and any questions or requests where met quickly and politely. With the cost of food and drinks very reasonable, the atmosphere along with the lovely waiting staff and the overall atmosphere and dining experience this little peace is a must eat. 10/10 for atmosphere, experience,food and overall relaxing night out. Staff 11/10. Shall I revisit 180% I will. And when you bistplease take a short walk to the local park and round off what as surely a great day x
