Very stingey manager Ash, kept having to ask for a bit more veggies and sauce because she put so little and then charged me extra for it. Never had this experience at Danestone Subway, will not be eating at Bon Accord Subway again.
Needed an allergen menu was told to scan a qr code at end of que so stood in everyone way qr code wouldn't work walked out hungry and dissapointed
We made an order through the app, where everything is clearly stated. Received our food, wrong bread for both sandwiches, wrong sauce for one of them, the footlong was not cut in half. Overall, zero effort to read the clear instructions, what if someone is allergic? Very disappointed with the service

Not open at the advertised hours, the store was supposed to be open at 10, now 10:30 and still not open. Upon asking the staff I was told that they don't have any bread available, even though they seemed to be already making sandwiches, as they were putting vegetables on 2.
