The service was unbelievably slow. I understand that there’s a lot of patrons but the method of serving makes no sense. You have to order from your table, from which orders are forgotten about and if you complain there is no remediation. I like the vibe of the place but the service system brings it down a tier. It’s been an hour and still not received a basic drink order. For context it’s not 22:21. Was a 2/5 until update. Update: manager sorted the situation and voided our bill. Top bloke move. Adding stars for that. 4/5 now.

I came here with friends one day because its such a chill and cool place. Very nice service and food and simply a great place. However, halfway through our drinks the server comes and tells us that if we don't order food, we'll have to leave and that it's a rule by the municipality. We ended up leaving because we weren't there for food. Would have appreciated the heads up at the entrance or before we even ordered.

4 stars is generous due to the amazing location, but food is 3 stars Ambience This is really amazing, right on the beach with good outside seating. However internally they could do with some maintenance, I saw a lot of tiles that fell of the wall and wasn't sure if that was design or not, but it looked like there were tiles before, so I guess not intentionally Food Started with tzatziki, which was a sad story. Tiny portion, hardly any taste and even the outta bread tasted like they forgot salt in the dough Burrata was OK, but not out of this world Jerk chicken was mediocre, it was just normal chicken with a sauce drizzled over after grilling, so it wasn't really a jerk chicken, so that was disappointing. The sweet potato fries were good though Drinks Beer came in a cider glass and cost 52dhs for a pint, not impressed White wine came in a tiny glass... Service Service was great, staff was super friendly, so thumbs up for the team Price Would need a higher level of food or a lower price

Firstly they changed their minds on what’s included in the entertainer so we had to go through the menu all over again because they claimed some items “where already discounted” even though they clearly weren’t. After selecting the lamb chops from the photo, we asked the waitress if they will serve 6 pieces as per the pic. She very positively said yes. We were then served 4 and she then said it’s given by weight but they couldn’t have been smaller so that’s just an outright SCAM. Mean while the second drink was forgotten about. Maki sushi platter was poor. See photo (Rice within rice with a sliver of avocado???). I politely informed the waitress that we weren’t satisfied with the lamb explanation and to inform the chef and manager and neither bothered to attend to us, hence the review. Not surprisingly we now read so many other negative reviews of this restaurant.

Wow, I think waiters really try to make their best in giving the worst possibile experience. I went to breeze several times and it’s always the same bad experience. You don’t have many other similar options in club vista mare, so they know you will end up there anyway. Food is ok, nothing spectacular but also not bad.

We have celebrated the new year with friends and family in Breeze. It was realy fantastic. Especially, Kiran was an excellent host for everyone. Great job he did all night. I strongly everyone to consider Breeze for any kind of celebrations as well as casual dinners, lunches and breakfasts.

It was a scam... that’s right a SCAM! menu stated that the fish and chips came with “triple cooked chips” and they charged close to a 100 DHS for it.. got to admit the fish even though bland but after a dumping of Lemon and salt wasn’t that bad. Now let’s talk about the elephant in the room.. the insult to chips!! Their “triple cooked” chips made check my calendar to see make sure it wasn’t the first of April because I doubted that it was for a second! absolute disgrace! soggy, soft and greasy! clearly just chopped up a potato and fried it ONCE making sure it absorbs as much oil as possible before being served...

First and last time visiting breeze, the place itself is stunning, but the staff HORRENDOUS! I completely agree with the other poor reviews, arrived and walked down the stairs to be greeted with the attitude of almost why are you here where are you going, I've never felt so unwelcome, I asked if we were able to go to the chairs on the sand for a drink, in a snotty manner he let us go in only for 10 mins later for another member of staff to say they're closing. Absolute joke! Not even the view can save you with service that bad

One of the worst services in Dubai -Under staff or staff are not attentive enough to the guest -Staff are not aware of the orders in the menu or the offered packages -food is very good though ( they might have a good chef) but only the chef. The above has occured few times but our last visit, we were literally kicked out because they offered us a table to have breakfast which was reserved for brunch after 40 mins and we have not been informed about that. They were rude and the whole place was mismanaged. (Staff were fighting with each others in Russian language) -Management are not also helping whenever we complain and not able to fix the situation. This place has a full potentials to be a great one due to its location but it is very obvious that is badly managed big time.

We stopped at Breeze after kayaking at Montys next door, it was still breakfast time so my son and I who are both pancake lovers opted for the Mixed berry pancakes and the Nutella pancakes . They tasted amazing and looked awesome too, wasn’t pleasantly surprised. The place is very relaxed with a stunning view and I love how you can just come off the beach sandy and all and you don’t have to worry how you look. Will definitely be coming back to try lunch next time .

Visited breeze last night for dinner and came away (much later than anticipated) rather disappointed. Although I cannot fault the food, the service was terrible and slow. Our poor waiter was covering a huge section outside and we waited longer than we should for menus. Our starters arrived in good time but I had to ask twice for cutlery and napkins, eventually having to get them myself! There was a huge gap between the starters and mains (which were delicious! Sushi and lamb cutlets were winners) then after we finished we had to actually get up and walk inside to the till to retrieve and pay our bill. It’s such a shame that somewhere with great food and decent ambience is really let down by the service. Please get more staff to help!

Went there on a hot day afternoon to have a happy hour drink. We had house white wine and rose, both were crisp and delicious! We loved the rose so much that we ordered another! And the guacamole + tortilla chips was a nice snacks for the drinks. It's an easy afternoon, but I have to say the service was a bit of a letdown. We waited for a long time for the waitress to come, and she somehow forgot our drinks and it took quite a while for her to return. Other than that it is a great place to chill and relax, the private beach is stunning and very quiet, you can take a great walk when the sun goes down.

Terrible service today at Beach Breeze. Yes it was busy, but when is it not during the after brunch time? Our waitress was unbelievably slow. 30 minutes for water and 3 drinks. And each time we asked for anything it took 20-30 minutes. At one point we asked if we could get another drink on happy hour. She didn’t know what time happy hour was. At a bar. During happy hour. Definitely not impressed at all.

We had heard good things about breeze but after our third visit it seems that the only consistency is slow, inattentive service and very mediocre, overpriced food. At no point did a manager or hostess come to enquirer if we were enjoying our food, and with all three visits, once our food was brought to our table, our sever disappeared and we had to wave madly to get more drinks, service, etc The meat platter is tasty but at 500 AED, it is completely overpriced. The peri peri whole chicken is priced at 178 AED - a completely ludicrous price considering it is a medium-sized chicken. I will heartily recommend the fish & chips which are divine, and a fair price.

If you love beach view and casual ambiance then this is the place for you. Weekends or otherwise, we go here to just unwind and forget that we are in a busy city like Dubai. We have been here multiple times and they always have their food on point. I wish that they worked more on their service though. Watermelon Feta salad was so refreshing. My Rating: Food: 8.5/10 Service: 6.5/10 Ambiance: 10/10. Casual Beach vibe Price:7/10. I find the place slightly expensive and believe that we are paying for the ambiance rather than for the food. HIGHLIGHT: Breeze is there on Entertainer app so it didn't feel like it was overpriced. Beach view is heavenly.

I enjoyed a lovely relaxing lunch at this restaurant. The view from the outside seating area of the sea is breathtaking. I tried one of the refreshing mocktails and instantly felt like I was in holiday mode. I ordered a Japanese prawn sandwich with wasabi mayo and fries. It was cooked nicely and the wasabi mayo had a subtle flavouring and sent perfectly with the prawns. My only gripe is that I was expecting a soft brioche for the sandwich, but it was served in a baguette instead. I’ll definitely return to try another dish here.

So I visited Breeze last Saturday for an early dinner. Seating was nice by the beach. I ordered a Salmon poke bowl, that arrive 45 minutes or almost an hour later. I've asked EACH and every waiter for it, all of them would say 'Okay Mam I will check' then disappear. Until I got a hold of the manager, explained to her that I've requested my food FIVE different times, and she was nice enough to go to the kitchen and get me my food. It was seriously one of the yummiest poke bowl I've ever had in Dubai, but the service was a disaster.

Nice place with a lovely setting on the beach. A friend always talks about it. She says lovely food and lovely place. Unfortunately when we came the management had changed and all new staff , who haven't been trained properly, entirely not their fault . Food has changed , over priced for stuff I could make at home. Shame management you need sort out the business , or you will loose the regulars. Toilet need to be cleaned and regularly checked .

Lovely ambience. Go there during good weather. Nice place to chill or for a relaxed catch up with friends. Fairly kids friendly as well and saw quite a few families in addition to plenty of young singles catching up there. Not very vegetarian friendly, though can get by. So one point down for that if you have a diverse group coming together. Don't plan to revisit but was a good place to try.

Eventually when drinks came the waiter would just put them all on the table not asking who ordered what. Waiters told us packages don't exist at first so we had many arguments with them until the manager shows up and tells us it exists but everyone needs to start the package at the same time. Licensed to serve alcohol 🍺 this bar/restaurant is buzzing at night time. For us it was a birthday 🎂 breakfast and we chose eggs benedict, fresh orange 🍊 juice 🥤 iced coffee, Americana coffee ☕️ and cappuccino 👌 The eggs Benedict sauce was thick and smooth, eggs were soft and sour dough bread was toasted. Little side salad was lightly dressed. I will definitely visit again soon and totally loved this dining experience. 👍😊

Instagram: @eatgosee Breeze is a popular beach facing bar in the licensed area of Club Vista Mare. It’s very popular during the Dubai winter months both during the day and on the weekend evenings. The location is the best feature given it’s on the Palm, on the beach AND it’s at the end of the strip of bars. But if you venture inside, there’s also sports screens, pools tables, table football and arcades. It’s a busy place with lots to offer. If you’re coming here for drinks then I think this is the best aspect as the food is OK. The short rib is a decent portion for the price and includes a crunchy coleslaw. The duck wrap was dry and needs a sauce to pull it together. The service can be very slow as it’s busy on weekends and evenings.

Breeze is my go to place to chill and hangout with my friends at anytime. Not necessarily over the weekend. They do offer happy hours everyday and they have offers as well on Entertainer. One dish I would recommended is their halloumi fries. That fries is to die for. I never had enough of this fries. Unfortunately the service in this place can be a frustration for me. It is slow and when I mean slow.. You may want to just go to the bar and grab your own drinks from the bar instead of waiting for the waiter to get it for you. I believe the service can be better in the future. The place is perfect for sundowner and just a chill non pretentious place hangout place with your friends with a nice view of Dubai Skyline.

Was having a quiet lunch with my wife, ordered my food and two pineapple juice. Everything was OK until my wife noticed a cockroach on my glass. That was the most disgusting and unpleasant dining experience. I didn’t want to be harsh and asked immediately for the check so I can leave. Ten minutes later the Manager showed up trying to explain that we are sitting outside and it happens, the worse part when she asked me if i give you a 25% discount that will be fine. That was the most awful thing to say when you are trying to handle a customer about to vomit.

My husband and i decided to try this restaurant on the palm. The menu read good. The restaurant is quite spreadout with indoor, outdoor and beach seating. We chose to sit out. Loved the casual breezy decor and the most exciting thing is that it is per friendly! The menus were presented to us. We ordered a cocktail each, some fish tacos to share and a ceviche. For dessert we ordered a banoffee pie. The fish tacos were delicious.THe ceviche cured in rum were yum. The banoffee pie though was a let down. It just wasn't a banoffee pie. Well, i would like to try their brunch though so i can sample more of their food. perhaps that might be the best way to sample a little of everything.

Nice ambiance ... good seating plan... friendly staff. This crepe barely had any chocolate in it and I was disappointed . We didn’t have time to tell the staff because we were in a rush.

One of my top favorite spots in Dubai. The venue is amazing, beach hangout with vibrant colors that puts you instantly in a good mood. The menu variety is perfect, grilled food, raw food (Ceviches and sushi), sandwiches and healthy food,.. The quality is outstanding. The staff is friendly and full of life. I would go there any day for any meal.

No wow factor on the food front for me......the food was cooked well but nothing out of the ordinary for me. Not a huge range of cocktails but the pomengrate lemonade was good.....a real refresher in he sun. A good place for family and friends meet up but no real wow factor for me......

Visited this place last week and I really liked it! Was impressed in terms of their pricing, quantity and ambience. I really like the fact that you can sit by the beach and enjoy your food. My favorite dish was the mushroom risotto with truffle! Tasted so damn good! Overall I would definitely recommend you to visit this place! Shany Approves ✅

I have been once to Breeze. The place has a great view and a nice location in club vista mare. I ordered burger. Taste was not bad, OK but service was too slow and the prices were quite high compared to similar places. But the concept of having lunch and being able to swim at the same time is nice.

All About Location-NOT about food! We werre a large group who went for lunch so got to try a fair bit. The spot is great, just on the water and towards the end of the line of restaurants so little more privacy. The entire area/strip has a great vibe and is bustling with people, the music is great so is the energy and ambiance esp on a friday. Regular drinks are fine, but cocktails am not so sure. I had a strawberry daquiri which was at first like sipping coloured sugar syrup, so i returned it, and it was better, but have had better daquiris at a million places. Food is why the place gets a average/below average rating. Ordered the sushi platter with 3 pieces of 4 kinds of sushi rolls. Havent had worse! Chicken tenders are deep fired and chewy, highly avoidable. the shrimp pops or tempuras were nice,would probably order again. Would pass on the sliders too, nothing wrong, but nothing right or great either! Chicken in the chicken sandwiches was dry and would not reccommend at all! Sweet potato fries and edamame were nice and we must have ordered three portions each of those finally! How wrong can you go with that! Maybe try salads next time to be safe!! Service is ok, could cut down on the attitude a bit though. Would go back after trying the other place in the same line. And stick to normal drinks and fries!

Location is very nice, you literally sit on the beach. Food was average, nothing specific, but portions are considerably small, they are like snack size. Music was not fitting that environment I believe, remix 80s dance music. Service was average. (If you’re entertainer user, be aware that they are following certain rules like “3 people cannot claim 2 tickets” etc. First time I’ve experienced st like this).

The place is generally full and the service is very poor. Potato fries took 1:30 mins. Drinks were good. The happy hours are very economical. However, you should order drinks and food at once rather wait for hours and look out for someone who can take your next order. Main courses are worth trying.
