One of the classic places that is still around and serving the same quality of food for years. When my friends and I think Mandi/ Madhbi or Madhfoon it’s always Zaina. It’s first name that strikes our mind. <br/><br/>Too bad the new roads have made this place hidden and sort of not easily accessible, but we still go there at least once in two months. <br/><br/>Oh and the camel kebab is incredible!

No nonsense great madbee which is the rice and grilled chicken meal. The food was tasty. Served with the spicy tomato sauce and the spicier chilli sauce. Service was quick as well. Will be back to try their meat version as well as kunafa.

Had a take away after Friday juma prayer. Had a very beautiful lunch. Good try and will be back for more. No pictures taken cos all were hungry. <br/><br/>Got a chicken mandi. Chicken Margo on and meat mandi all was very good. Thanks zaina.

Nice Mandi/madhbi joint located in Jumeirah. We normally takeaway but you can easily sit inside although the interiors are basic, no big deal though because the foods decent and the price reasonable. The floor seating makes for a traditional experience which is pleasant.

I ordered "Camel meat Kababs" they were so delicious and in a good size . And their chicken mandi is awesome. They are serving their food with good combination of chutneys. Their seating place is also very nice moreover they have very sufficient parking available all the time.

It's near my house, we usually get order for take out. The kebabs are delicious, you can order with rice or bread and comes with salad too. The portion size is quite reasonable and the prices are average.

I have been to Zaina for ages now with a craving for chicken & meat mandi and camel kebabs. Their place has that traditional look and taste which is rare to find around usually.<br/>Their food is well prepared neat and clean place with not much crowded at times for a good family hang out as well. Not to forget the food arrives almost instantly (so there is not much waiting).<br/>The real essence is the floor seating while feasting. It makes the experience very pleasant.<br/>It is very reasonably priced and the looks are not as attractive as other traditional places, and I think that is one thing which makes it comfortable for me to enjoy!

Zaina is a great place to just chill and enjoy the true definition of food. Its delicious, fresh and comforting. You can go and remove your shoes and just relax there while eating. There's no tension, no nothing. The prices a re reasonable as well so its perfect! Of course it isn't a high end restaurant but people don't go there for that. They go there for the food and to chill.

The first place where we had true saudi style mandi. The soft chicken melts in your mouth, and the rice and chutney were flavourful. <br/><br/>Portions and price were also good. On the way out the shawarmas also looked appetising, but unfortunately we were too full to try.

I loved it, I always have shawarma from here, but tried their Mandi for the first time, and I have to tell you that the quality and the quantity exceeded my expectations, the chicken and the lamb Mandi was great, the quantity of meat is huge and rice is perfectly cooked and tasty,

Very bad services...very bad hygiene wise.Most importantly very bad food. Ordered a meat mandi when I started to eat found a big coacroach also cooked with the meat for me took the picture as a evidence and raised a complaint to dubai municipality immediately. ..for further action...So I prefer to avoid this restaurant. .

Oh Zaina..my mandi feeding neighbor in jumeira3 !! My friends and I love eating there.. Even their take out is equally delicious and consistent.. The chicken and fish mandi are incredibly delicious.. And not to forget the spicy tomato sauce!! The Shorba is awful..

If you love Mandi then this restaurant is a must try. They serve the best Mandi in town. I love their Chicken Mandi the most. Put in mind that their place is so small and better for takeaway.

I never sat there, but their food is yummy. Their Chicken Mandi is my favourite. The rice and the chicken are served with a spicy tomato sauce. I don't like that (I order for pick up) that the soup (which is hot) is served in a plastic cup, and when I tried it.. It had a plastic taste. <br/><br/>

Zaina is a traditional mandi restaurant located in Jumeirah 1. I've been here several times the seating arrangement is quite good, it's optional whether you choose to dine on a table or in a traditional Arab way there is no extra charges. The service is good and quick. The food is mediocre either not very good or not very bad! Except for the fresh juices they're very good here. I rate this restaurant 3.0 cause the only good is that it has a very prime location and the restaurant has good attracting environment.

Dubai has a lot of exotic places you can go for meals inspired by all corners of the globe. While it is nice to have choice like that, it's always best to sample the 'local cuisine', since usually the local food offers the best, most lovingly prepared, perfect reproductions of age old dishes made by people who have probably been making it all their lives. <br/><br/>We ordered a 2-person portion of the Meat Madbi, which is quite an amazing, yet simple dish. Whole goats are roughly seasoned and cooked and for hours and hours in a giant rotisserie which has a bed of hot coals and low gas flames on the walls of the oven.
