The service is a bit slow but once food is on your table its so satisfying. <br/>We ordered chicken avo burgers, Omlete in tortilla style, healthy breakfast which has toasts with avo n sweet potato, mushrooms, mango chia seeds pudding and kids ate Margetita pizza. <br/>Its as delicious as it looks. <br/>Food : 5/5<br/>Ambience:5/5<br/>Service 3/5<br/>Kids friendly:yes<br/>Must visit again.

I ordered Eggs benedict with some addons and it was delivered perfectly. It came at 40 dhs. I added the hashbrowns, mushrooms, multicereal bread with jam and butter, which altogether added around 25 dhs more including delivery charges. <br/>Food was of high quality. Great mushrooms and bread. The blueberry jam was good particularly. I prefer salted butter for myself. Hash browns were okayish. Benedict with salmon and spinach was quite good. Enjoyed my breakfast. Packaging was very good. Recommended. They have many other conitnental and other food also in the menu in a very reasonable rate which I liked.

Loved the bread toast with butter. The margarita pizza was also good. I loved the roast chicken with sweet potato mash. The pink sauce pasta was a disaster. Overall a good place for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Took a table at the dubai mall branch when ~80% of the tables were vacant, on being asked for the order I replied saying that we are waiting for someone after which we will order, was asked to leave by the staff in the next 4-5 minutes. Don't even need to try the food when this is how customers are treated.

Kale Salad, Dynamite shrimps and Italian Aubergine Parmigiana, all the starters were absolutely divine and scrumptious 🤤🤤<br/>.<br/>For mains, the signature charcoal grilled wagyu rib eye steak🥩 and Cheesy Truffle burger🍔 both were equally appetizing, flavourful and cooked to perfection💯 #Segafredo is the second largest coffee producer in the world, well-known for their coffees. The cafe is located inside Wasl Vita Mall and is very casual and chic. A lovey place to meet up for a coffee date or to grab a quick bite for lunch or dinner!

Segafredo is a name most commonly associated with coffee beans, so we were positively surprised with the amazing food in their ristorante in Al Wasl Vita mall. <br/><br/>For starters we ordered the kale salad, loaded with feta cubes and walnuts - very healthy indeed! Then followed the eggplant parmigiana (a much healthier and vegetarian alternative to moussaka) and dynamite shrimps. <br/><br/>True to Segafredo's Italian pedigree, we were then served a truffle and parmesan pizza, which was a winner. Truffle oil dripped from every slice and the crust was light, which did not fill us up.<br/><br/>The star dish was the the angus rib eye steak, perfectly prepared in their specialty char grill stove. The end result was a tender and juicy steak full of flavors. The mushroom sauce was complmented in perfectly. <br/><br/>With some tummy room to spare, we braved the sticky date pudding with caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream. Ordering a coffee was a must, even if it was at 11 in the evening, and the name Segafredo stood up to its reputation as one of the best brands of coffee.<br/><br/>Definitely visiting again!

I was my first breakfast at this place and I really enjoyed it. The staff was friendly. They have a big variety of breakfast options. We ordered a healthy breakfast platter and also decided to try shakshouka. Both of them were good. And after we had some sweet treats )) Loved their chocolate fondant and coffee.

Segafredo is a decent Italian restaurant that has good food, good service and good interiors too. It's almost like a hidden gem, however, it is getting quite popular now on social media. I dined here twice and was pleased with the whole experience. Last time i went, I was surprised to see they even have Shakshua in their menu. I ordered that and really enjoyed it! They also have some delicious cocktails and desserts! Overall, their food is actually pretty good. Segafredo is a gift to Wasl Vita mall, that mall is unfortunately very limited with restaurant choices, so I'm glad to Segafredo is there answer the question "where should we eat?".<br/><br/>Bottom line, I'm a fan of Segafredo and would recommend it to anyone in and around the area. They deserve a 3.5/5 rather than 3, however, half points are no longer available on Zomato..

A name that comes with a lot of connotations. You hear the words, Massimo, Zanetti and you feel the Azzurri vibe already, doesn’t matter that they will not be taking to the pitch at WC2018. A cool designer environment with large screen playing-your favorite sport, or if you can in the company of an infant, screen cast your favorite jingle of Peppa Pig.<br/><br/>The friendly staff move around briskly with a ready smile every time your eyes connect – and offer you space and time to order, sit back and sip in the potent coffee that comes with the second promise of ‘will keep you awake’, the first promise being ‘your friend makes you coffee’.<br/><br/>The menu is very attractive with some of the most inviting pics of dishes, coaxing the weak patron to over-order, so be on your guard. The pics are that good that it invariably becomes hard to match the looks and presentation when the food is served, which is a bit of a dip in the experience – something that can be doused with even more sips of the potent coffee. Food is okayish, not out of the world, but that may not be the reason to come back. Coffee and relaxed chit-chat with a friend may be the real hook.

Been wanting to dine in here for a while. The interiors look very nice and lit up and I really like restaurants that aren't busy! You get a higher quality of service and the restaurant kept up the expectation. Our server was a sweetheart and she was very helpful and accommodating! <br/>We ordered the eggplant parm and caprese insalata for starters for 3 of us. For mains we ordered the salmon pesto, mushroom and chicken risotto with truffle and spinach ravioli in mushroom sauce. <br/>Every dish was filling and hearty, the quantities were above average on the mains and the quality was very good too. Nothing disappointed! The serving size for the appetizers could have been bigger but it would have probably been ideal for 2 instead of 3 (which is why we needed to order 2 starters for 3).<br/>I was hoping the restaurant would have some buratta dishes but unfortunately it lacked that. <br/>Other than that everything about the restaurant and it's service and the food quality was on point! <br/>Definitely would go back!!!

Loved their chai latte. <br/>Eggs: was delicious portion size is huge and can be shared between two people. <br/>Loved the croissants and muffins freshly made and were scrumptious. Not a fan of their crapes the berry sauce they added did not look and taste fresh. Pancakes were good. They have a wide verity of desserts and if you love desserts this place is a must try!

they are too slow for serving food, even coffee! it tooks about 20 minutes that we had our coffee! then they served us the omelets after 30 minutes!!!! there was not more than 4-5 people in the restaurant and most of tables were empty but we could not see the staff easily to ask why our food is coming too late!!!! they served my omelet with a lot of oil and it came in a small pan! the pan was very very old and disgusting pan that I could see most of nonstick material and chemical coating of this pan was removed and probably in my omelet too! one of the staff had very bad, infected acne in face and was touching her face and the plates at the same time! we never come back again!

As this is my second review of many to come let me tell you my philosophy....<br/>As I don't cook (at all), I eat out ALWAYS, so I go to a lot of new restaurants and look for good food and good service. I do not go to places to see and be seen. My reviews will be based on the restaurant's food, price, service, atmosphere and overall cleanliness. This is my review philosophy. <br/>Now back to Segafredo.... <br/><br/>The service was good but there were only 3 tables occupied. The food was perfect for the price. My Shakshuka was excellent (it was way too much for one person, so I brought the rest home) and at only AED 55, it was not only delicious but an excellent deal. My friend had eggs Benedict (w spinach) AED 35 (I would recommend sauce in the side next time) which she really enjoyed as she finished everything in her plate. And for dessert we got the crepe ai fruitti de bosco. That one was not the best as the crepe was too thick. Should have been as thin as paper (hence .5 points off the review). And of course we both had coffee as Segafredo has excellent coffee. We got bread, butter and jam complimentary; unlike coffee club where they were going to charge us AED 8 for two slices of bread. We left Segafredo, full, happy, and glad as we found a new, well priced place for breakfast.

I've been wanting to try Segafredo since years as I had seen the boards everywhere in Europe , turkey , dubai as well - by i was dissatisfied when I tried it here for the first time .<br/>I ordered cafe mocha , which basically tasted only of chocolate even after adding an extra shot of espresso . Weird powdery flavour ❌

My medium-well steak was perfectly cooked the way I like it - which is often a struggle to get in many steak joint here. The porcini ravioli and carbonara are excellent too! The baked Aubergine with mozzarella with tomato sauce antipasti was superb! You can taste from the dishes that it's not only good, but prepared from the heart. And the dates sticky toffee absolutely perfect- not too sweet, just right!

Nicely located at Al Wasl Vita, this is the last cafeteria to open on the food court area.<br/><br/>Segafredo is different as they choose whilte colour pallette to decorate the restaurant, full of light, and simple frames on the walls, makes you feel comfortable, ready for visiting with friends or family, seating area at then end. I found inner peace, when drinking my espresso, that was correct. I visited only for the coffee, and it is a correct place to discuss serious matters, or simply to escape from the noisy and busy roads. Price was also correct, something very, very important these days.

I tried their branch in Dubai Mall several times and it is one of my favourite destination for coffee... The only thing they need to work on is the food especially desserts as their is no good collection to have with our coffee
