Worst worst worst worst experience with the Syrian manager. Does not know how to speak with customers let alone any customer service experience at all. Entertainer voucher was not accepted and I was told that the owner disagrees to use entertainer anymore out of the blue moon even though they are the participating merchant. And reading all the reviews against the manager it looks like even the owner does not care. Worst experience ever. Don’t recommend it to anyone !!!

Manager said explicitly he doesnt care about our service.<br/>He told us he doesn’t care about losing us as a customer, he talked rudely, and even pulled the chair from the child.<br/>I would never recommend to neither to sit or oder from there

Today we visited this restaurant with our family (4 adults and 3 children). It was very nice to get chilled water and bread as a compliment before ordering. The order itself was just great! A huge portion of salmon with three kinds of garnish just amazed us. The taste is just super. And the grilled meat mix ordered was beyond praise. It is rare to find such tasty cooked lamb. In the end, as a compliment, they brought us very tasty strawberry jelly. Thanks to all the staff, especially the chef for a wonderful dinner! We will recommend to everyone and themselves still be sure to visit your restaurant.

Excellent relaxed atmosphere and nice interior are an attractive surrounding for a casual meal. The menu is extensive and the food is delicious. Probably one of the best Arabic restaurants in its price range. Love it and I will visit Qurtoba again))

Worst place ever, the staff is rude, the place is very poor, their prices are over rated, the don't allow you to use the entertainer, they don't stamp parking receipts, parking is not available, only 50 AED parking is available.<br/>Simply it was the worst experience I had since I reached Dubai.<br/>I don't recommend it to anyone.

If I could give a worse review I would.<br/>Terrible food and the service was even worse.<br/><br/>Taking wrong orders and YELLING at the customer- we ordered chicken shwarma and they brought meat (??) and argued with us for 10<br/>Mins. Argued - as in pointed at us and yelled at us.<br/>Overly salty food<br/>Bland hummus<br/>Chewy meat<br/>Horrible service including the manager Mosa who had no managerial qualities<br/><br/>Do not waste your money

We had Chicken Alfredo pasta with combination of delicious Salads that was super, ambience and decoration are warm and comfortable! Located at The Walk JBR 😊 <br/>Definitely recommend it to everyone

That was the worst middle eastern restaurant I have ever been to. The stuff hardly speak any English, it took us a while to explain that we didn't want any chicken in the mix grill, asking them to replace it with anything else if possible. They agreed. Eventually they brought us a plate and they really did replace chicken by beef, BUT for some reason they removed lamb chops and prawns, which were supposed to be there as well. But instead there were plenty of grilled pieces of pure lamb fat. The food is worse than average. At the end after paying by card, I realised that they charged me 4 AED more that was mentioned on the bill. It is not much, but that is cheating, which is quite unpleasant.

I had gone to this place for suhoor with a couple of friends. Ordered two mixed grills , arayees spicy (which was not at all spicy) and a Laham Uzi . The grills were good and we were offered complimentary dessert in the end of our meal. The service was slow .

Extremely bad manager Mr Hanai. Very rude attitude and untrained. <br/>The menu on zamato is for Deira branch. Which is closed more then an year ago. The prices are on the zamato jbr menu are cheaper than actually on site. . The JBR branch has its own menu. Which is extremely expensive. I have posted some pictures. Please check. <br/>The price on zamato menu is 38dh for sheesha. But when we came on JBR branch the sheesha is 50dh. And rather than accepting the difference in price the manager is arguing. <br/><br/>The resturant has a good environment other than that everything is bad. Even though after reading the comments on zamato i planed to visit JBR branch. But the experience is very bad. I will advice everyone not to visit this place. On the entrance you will see a manager MR HANI, and he will ruin your evening with bad attitude and extremely worst customer service. <br/>The sheesha is OK. <br/>

Clearly the WORST arabic/Lebanese restaurant we have ever visited. Till now we had never seen a place gone wrong with arabic food but this place surely changed that, the food was literally BAD. The lentil soup was made of expired lentils we had to return it and ordered spinach starters instead and surprisingly they decided to change the order at their own discretion and got us spring rolls instead, reason given - they didn't have what we ordered (so lets give them whatever we have instead?) We ordered 4 different types of kababs which did not taste even close to how they should. I have not had middle eastern food worse than this ever in my life! Explains why the place was empty in the 1st place. <br/>We 'tried' telling the manager about our bad experience on the way out and he seemed immuned to complaints. <br/>AVOID at all costs!!!

The service is beyond horrible. They literally kicked us out before we even order just because we asked for 5 minutes to look through the menu and order. They're so disrespectful. We asked for water and they refused to give us anything as they told us the minimum charge is 50 although we said we're gonna order after the water. I don't recommend this place to anyone.avoid this place at any cost.

So I am here now with my friend.. to be honest the spot is not bad but the place is dead. The Bangladeshi staff is very friendly. But the sheesha is absolutely disgusting. I shall warn you do not go for there sheesha it's very bad. replaced it but no they don't care. You can't run a business like this. To earn money you must make customers but if you give bad service you won't get any customers there's plenty of sheesha places in dubai jbr. But if you will keep up with this kind of service and quality you won't last long on jbr<br/>

I have been Qurtoba on two occasions and both were awful experiences. I'd like to talk about my last experience.<br/>We were 5-6 of us who landed there 2am , we came all the way from bur dubai since we were sure of this place serving sheesha till late. We ordered for 2 sheesha amongst 4 smokers and 3 drinks.<br/><br/>The waiter got very upset & told us point blank that you need to order 1 sheesha & 1 drink per person to have seat at their restaurant. We were totally taken aback by this and asked for the Manager. The manager- sleepy dude, made a face & said as an exception you may take the table. We were hardly in any mood of argument so we continued to sit. <br/>The waiter reappeared again, he kept murmuring & that again we should order more sheeshas & drinks. This time we lost it & wrapped up within 10 minutes.<br/><br/>Overall: The Sheesha & drinks were both very very average with really pathetic customer service- the worst in Dubai, so far.
