my office is 5 min away , there should not be any limit for money and i mostly order from here but today when i call for order breakfast then the guy told me like i need to buy extra breakfast with curry in order to place order, i was like i dont want to have curry while i said okay add one tea but no cant place order. could be delivery guy mood bad thats why, its not good for this restaurant as i saw the owner and his hard work for this restaurant.

If you would like to eat the authentic yummy pakistani food, then this is the place to be! As we entered we had the cashier ushering us to the family room (which you hardly see in any resturant in dxb). My hubby tried their Chicken tikka and Chicken katta kat and I had their yummy dal fry woth roti! I must say we have never had this tasty pakistani meal ever.. i must mention that their staff Happy (his name) gave us a very good service and was so honest in letting us know that we should not be eating the mutton kebabs since they had beef mixed in it. Special thanks to Happy!<br/>Also met the owner there who was kind enough to come to our table and ask us how our meal was.<br/><br/>We are going here again for sure!<br/><br/>Overall i must say the food and the service was 5/5! Well done team Faisal! Keep it up! 😊

I've been here quite a few times with family & friends. Their Katakat and Magaz Karai are extremely authentic and rich in taste (make sure to mention less oil when ordering).<br/><br/>The staff is very friendly and respectful to their customers and have always been so welcoming to myself. Food was always good here, but with the effort of Ms. Khan who was seen marshaling and proactively trying her best to get the staff and the general ambiance to respectable standards, the experience was good. First time saw bills being brought to table along with mouth freshers. The tea being offered with saucer and cup otherwise even for dine in, they used to serve in paper cups as default... The waiters were more receptive to what customer needed in his dish than earlier it was what was cooked it was served... Been a regular visitor to the restaurant. Excellent food though but a typical taxi driver joint... Executives and Families used to stays away for dine in, unless passing by. Yesterday saw some basic soft skill changes along with behavioural attitude changes in attending the dine in visitors, but dresses of waiters need to be clean with cap or skull net, the hygiene aspect needs more work regarding the waiters and the facility . Long way to go though. Change is always better.

Today evening i try faisal Resturent in al khabaisi. Its a Pakistani cousin with fresh food and taste mouth watering. Staf was very active and wellcoming and the management was also very personal way of talk. Must try it. I eat to much today and feel like home taste first time in uae. Ordered Mutton Aghani pulao for lunch from here the other day for the first time.<br/>Firstly the order came after 2 hours.<br/><br/>The pulao was white and filled with mint leaves. A hidden but surprisingly great little restaurant in Deira. They cater more for bachelors but there is home delivery as well. The service was good and the food comes quick and hot if you live in the area. They are a budget-friendly place, but they make up for all the things they compromise by serving good quality food.<br/>I ordered the mixed grill since I didn't know what to try, and roti to accompany it. The variety of items is nice and the portions are good for one or even two people. Two curries are given with the grill which go great with the meat. Their rotis are huge and so soft, plus they taste really great. I highly recommend trying for some budget food with great taste.

Behind hyundai showroom on your left side you will see Faisal Restaurant. It is basically a small restaurant, mainly for bachelors. But small curtained family hall is also availbale. Ambience is as per its type. <br/>Sitting capacity is sufficient. Waiters are little slow. <br/>We ordered chicken tawa. I had never ate such tawa before. It is served freshly cooked and the best part is that its served on tawa. Spices were up to mark. One serving is sufficient for two hungry foodies. I give this restaurant a perfect 10 for its food. Katakat served here is the best in town. I was especially surprised to have such a delicious chicken boneless katakat. Barbecue mutton masala is also with apt spices and very different in taste. Bihari kebabs don't need teeth involvement at all as they r so soft and tender. You will find the taxi drivers eating at the joint but believe me that they r the best ambassadors when it comes to food. This restaurant is renowned for its fresh food served as the menu changes everyday. Oh forgot....do try the Yakhni mutton Pulao as well.

In the afternoons the places is packed ,and because of their flavour in food it's packed ,and people prefer to wait . Heard alot about this restaurant over the years, and finaly gave it a go. The food is great!!! One of the best katakut in town for sure. I ordered mix katakut (without kapooras), chicken tawa and daal, all really authentic and nice. Very economical. More of a take away place for families as the dining area is quite small and not up to the mark.

Although is place is at a prime location i.e behind hyundai showroom in deira, i came to know about this place after watching an episode of ''bizarre foods with Andrew Zimmern'' where he visited this place. cross checking with the reviews on zomato i visited this place to give their tawa items a shot.<br/><br/>Ambience is pretty ordinary and nothing fancy, for families there is a small curtained area. The place was packed at night. I straight away went to the tawa section and recognized the chef as he was the same man in episode of bizarre foods.There was a huge pan infront of him all full with ready brain masala which i find a little weird for the tawa items.anyhow after a little chit chat i asked for his recommendations , i surely wanted to try brian masala plus he recommended tawa mutton chops. after ordering the items arrived in no less than 10 minutes.<br/><br/>Brain Masala .<br/>even after countless requests to make a fresh one and keep it chunky we were served with the same already prepared one. i must say it was pretty good, didnt have that specific smell of brain, seasoned with fresh ginger etc. it was cooked well and melt in your mouth but it lacked one thing the correct spice level it was very less spicy.<br/><br/>Tawa mutton chops<br/>very juicy, tender meet falling off bones easily and not rubbery at all. this dish took the crown .<br/><br/>tawa chicken <br/><br/>the most disappointing dish that we tried. people who had real tawa chicken are very well familiar that its not meant to be shredded or chunky chicken, It is supposed to be either leg or breast piece chopped a little but still intact with bone, cooked with green chilies, coriander , ginger, slices of lemon etc and with a spice level that gives you a little ooooh lala feeling . but the thing that came was totally opposite.<br/><br/>The people reading my reviews will think that i always complain about spice levels. my fellow foodies every dish has a specific requirement , if you talk about tawa items they are meant to be spicy specially tawa chicken masala, mix kata kat (as said in karachi) or taka tak (as said in lahore) may be slightly less spicy but when you say brain masala or chicken tawa they mean to be hot. <br/><br/>As a whole i will rate this place slightly above average,(we even sent back brain masala to add more spices ) and i personally went to chef before placing order for chicken tawa to make it spicy as it should be but i think someone fed him with the wrong info that i am an ulcer patient.<br/><br/>Can give this place another shot for mutton chops.

They should focus on Chapati or Roti, mostly they are served cold and also not made to the perfection seems they take it as ordinary. Food taste is enhanced with freshly baked bread made to the perfection.

I used to love this place as the taste of this restaurant was really different and delicious, I visited the restaurant on 18th of August. There was no ac working I saw the waiters they were sweating very badly and after few minutes we felt to leave the place but we had already ordered the food somehow we finished our lunch I asked the cashier about the ac and he looked at me with an attitude. I would never recommend this place to anyone as it’s totally unhealthy and unhygienic dirty place to have your food

Went there for the famous katakat but ended up having brain masala. Must say the brain masala was full of taste! The place is average and their service is just ok. Would love it if they would customize katakats according to what the customers want to exclude!

If your looking for pocket friendly best Pakistani food in dubai , close your eyes and without a second though head to Muhammad Faisal . They truly serve food which is excellent and incredible in taste whether it's there Kadai dishes , gravy or tandoori . They do not dissapoint you at all . Staff is quick in service . They have a seperate section for family where you can bring them and dine in at this place . Chicken Kadai , Mutton Kadai and tandoori chicken is highly recommended at this place 👍

What a find !! This cozy little restaurant close to the clock tower in Deira possibly serves the best tawa dishes (katakat) that I have had in Dubai. Brilliant !! After hearing about this place in my foodie circle, I finally decided to trek it down with my friend this evening. Google maps came very handy. We ordered the chicken katakat, seekh kebab and mutton achari with crisp tandoori rotis. All three dishes were really good but the katakat chicken was something else !! Amazing !! The best tawa item in dubai. Desi katakat on the tawa with buttery taste and lip smacking raita. I bet if you like raita you will ask for more. One is never enough. Now for the VEG people. Bhindi fry on monday and tuesday is the Best thing you could get in town be there before 2pm otherwise you will miss the fun of bhindi and raita with hot tandoori roti all less than 10/- dhs<br/>

This is normal restaurant with average ambience. However it's Paya are the best. Biryani and other dishes r normal. It's chapli kebab tastes good.Their Tawa Dishes are specialty.

Something weird has been happening, my reviews keep vanishing ... Or maybe I wrote them in my head only... <br/>So here goes my take on Muhammad Faisal, this place sells THE BEST TAWAs ever, be it organ meat, chicken or meat, no one does it as good as them. <br/>I've tried their mix tawa, chicken tawa and meat also. It's oiled and cooked to perfection. <br/>Parking can be an issue and there's a very small family seating area so weekend with family isn't advisable, so go during odd hours to park n eat peacefully. It's too economical to even mention the prices. <br/>Go ! Just go and thank me later !

If you are in Deira and haven't eaten here..you are clearly missing something.<br/>Location wise and ambiance is a big let down. Its just too plain and simple.<br/><br/>My driver eats here regularly and when he treated me because his daughter passed in engineering exam. We went for the dine in option and as I mentioned before the ambiance did not really excite me about the food. I was low on hopes but still waited for my order.<br/><br/>we ordered khadi pakoda which is a special only on tuesdays, paneer bhurji, chicken biryani, rotis, soft drinks and gulab jamuns.I was just a bit bored waiting for my food and was browsing through my zomato app. I found out that this place is in the hidden gems collection of Zomato. Kept wondering why would they include this tiny restaurant in hidden gems.My thoughts changed as soon as I tried that paneer bhurji and khadi pakoda. Man that was just too too good! my driver friend had the chicken biryani that he loved too. Takeaway is the best option here..<br/>Few let downs, the service is super slow because they are so many walk ins for tea/coffee and snacks. I waited for my rotis for a while before someone could help me. The gulab jamun was disappointing. <br/><br/>All in all, for a small restaurant, its busy and jam packed at times but very popular among nearby offices. The food is good and delicious

One from the hidden gems category, I expected the food quality to be like Ravi. I was craving for kebabs so thought of trying this place out.<br/>The inside area is of a typical Ravi like restaurants, but a little less hygienic. I ordered plain rice with seekh kebab+chicken tikka. The seekh kebab were burned/ blackened on one side, and they were also not soft. It didn't seem fresh. The chicken tikka was too spicy and hot that one could not eat.<br/>The staff were just busy with their own convo and with watching TV.<br/>I don't understand how this was mentioned in the hidden gems. Overall, Ravi has a better quality in everything than this restaurant.<br/>

Killer Pakistani style food. They bring the food in the dishes it's cooked in, for some dishes. The keema, kebabs are awesome. Biryani can be tricky, so if you like it spicy order a curry as well to balance the Flavor. The seating options are quite un-conventional, so don't be surprised if someone comes and sits next to u, without your consent. Dead cheap.

I was impressed by their tawa dishes. Tawa dishes like kata kat, chop, chicken tawa are very tasty. Very low cost and no ambience but just good tawa dishes, dont try anything else because rest all dishes are ordinary and taste is not good. I enjoyed tawa dishes and also not a place for family, mostly workers. Yes take away is available and i now want to try breakfast some day.

My friends and I visited this restaurant first time. This restaurant is amazingly worth to try. we try chicken Handi, Mutton B.B.Q Masala, Dal tarka, Afgani Pulao and so on, taste was very authentic. After the meal we tried Rabri (buffalo milk pudding) which was Delicious. Me and my friends were very happy that we found good place to eat authentic food with very good prices.

Pakistani dishes were very very tasty try their special of the day. They have four dishes special every day.<br/>we were there for lunch it was jam packed, we wait for table. They serve B.B.Q at lunch also. Biryani was authentic Bombay Style. Service was friendly, value for money is great. Definitely we will visit again and recommend our friends too.

We are filipinos and we enjoyed eating the Barbeque Biryani and almost all of their recipes. We dined and was served by a polite waiter though he tries to accommodate us by his broken english and still managed to take care of our orders. Very tasty and reasonable price. We paid 49dhs for 3 persons! Great budget meal especially for kabayan like me.
