The chef brought out our meal and we ordered chips not rice on a curry it was not a problem for him to go and cook chips . Needs a well done from the manager. What a great member of staff you have. Thank you so much . Great .

Nice looking pub. Food order got a bit mixed up unfortunately. Ordered starters and mains and asked for it all to come out at same time. It didn't, 3 out of the 4 starters showed up and then had to wait 10 minutes for the other food to show up. Manageress was pleasant enough though, apologised and offered us free desserts for the mix up.

We managed to find a place to eat out at short notice due to a booking error. It took ages to be served with a drink and the scaled down menu was further lessened by the absence of steak. Most of our time was spent doing chairobics to get the fly/ies to go, but the food was swiftly delivered and was enjoyable. Female toilet (the one I used) had no means of locking so my handbag came in useful there, but the seat was loose and the cubicle could do with a sweep and mop.

45 minutes for the starters to come. 1 hour and 15 minutes for the mains to come. 6 main meals were ordered, the first two came out and then 10minutes later another 2 and then 5 minutes another 1 came out. They completely forgot about the 6th order. Service was okay on arrival, however, when you start asking them questions and questioning "where the food is, because we have been waiting ages" they use the excuse of they are "busy". 20 people in a pub is not busy, its just an excuse for poor service.

Lovely pub we choose to eat here regularly, prices are good and the beer gardens are nice. First time back in today after lockdown greeted at the door by friendly staff who explained the new procedures. Nice pint in the sun.

Absolutely disgusting. The place was a mess we was shown to own table that was still full of food, nearly slipped on a cucumber on the floor. Our meals come burnt gammon even had green leaves in my friends gravy when asked what it was the reply was errr I don't know. Won't go there ever again.
