Ordered a crunch wrap with chicken, no lettuce, with tomato, got lettuce but no tomatoes, added chicken but got beef, added creamy jalapeño, didn’t put it… asked for fire sauce got Mild sauce…. Absolutely garbage service this shift works at 10:00pm Sunday they need training or new staff

I dont eat out much lately cause money is tight and I know they're only a dollar but I always get cinnamon twists with a chicken quesadilla. $5.61... I was super nice after Thy messed up my change giving me $5 after giving $20.61 but than I est one twist and its still a raw noodle pretty much, I get home and check hat and this is what I was given. On top of it my food was literally tossed in the bag. I worked at taco bell 12 years ago I know they have higher standards and I know the female manager there during the day wouldn't accept this. Barely gave me anything and they weren't cooked, Which if anyone knows they start as a HARD pasta type thing.

The worst Taco Bell I’ve been been in my life!! Do not go there if you want my advice!! They did not do my order correctly and I threw up when I got my food because of disgust. Will definitely be calling and speaking with the manager.

The inside service was great. When I got my food they had messed up the tacos when I asked for no cheese and just lettuce on my taco, they put no lettuce just cheese. The nachos also tasted like wax and I wasn’t the only one in my family who thought so. I go to this Taco Bell all the time but today was not a good day!

Hit and miss with this place from service to food. And for the love,,, have a sufficient amount of staff scheduled and open the damn dining area! Myself and 2 other vehicles just pulled in and left. Waiting in a 15 car line being our only option is not close to acceptable.

Some people's was inside I thought it's open for dine in . Wow guy start yelling on my drive thru 🙄 drive thru. Is this kind of behavior acceptable? I promise my self I will never again . Corporate should look at that. There so many miss behavior by employees.

The steak was overcooked, the asparagus taste like fish, I asked for ketchup salt and pepper and they brought me carry out salt packets and ketchup packets. Very disappointing first time there won't be going back.

Changing my years old review to reflect how the things are recently. Over the period of the last 6 months, this Taco Bell went from my favorite place to bad disappointment. I don't want to put 1 star as I feel that the customer service is usually pretty good. However the food has been laughable about 70 percent of the time. I know that expecting menu picture quality is impossible, but this is just purposely bad.
2021 edit: along with the other "fast food" places on Hoover, don't stop here unless you have a minimum half hour to spend barely moving in the drive thru. I hate sounding like a mega Karen with all of this but seriously, go somewhere else. The wait times are completely asinine
Also "Breakfast served till 11am" should be changed to "breakfast served till whenever the hell we feel like it"
