This KFC has been a staple on George Street since the 80s! It’s super busy so food is fresh but wait is pretty long, around 15mins. Ordering is simple via the kiosk screens. Limited seating across the two levels. Try the original chicken fillet burger with the supercharged sauce instead of mayo, it’s way better!

I went on a Sunday at lunchtime and I think it was a mistake. The amount of people waiting to collect their food filled out the whole bottom floor. It took 15 minutes just to get a wrap and chips. The employees were just standing around doing nothing most of the time and when I got my food it was not great. The upstairs eating areas are actually really nice and clean and makes it a cool place to eat at but it not worth the tsunami of people waiting for their food.

Great KFC location in the Sydney Central, food is fresh and tasty and they kept the building and it’s historic, rustic look, only issue is that the staff were slightly rude which is sort of understandable since they’re really busy but they should still try and be a bit friendlier. Overall a good experience

Quick serving with kindness. If order mistake happens speak to them immediately they will fix it for you. Taste wise? Is there better fried chicken than Kentucky fried chicken?

Wait times can be a bit.
The bathroom wasn't locked last time I was there, which has led to a very awkward encounter in the past.
The foods is always great though and the staff are nice.
The cleanliness of the place is great as well and their upstairs is open.

You can never go wrong with KFC to be honest.. The Colonel has it got it right. But the difference with this KFC to say... Town hall or Broadway, is that there's less people. There's an upstairs area where it's empty during lunch times and toilets for you to use. The waiter regularly Cleans the tables and seats there.

I was in the store on the 9th of April where I left my coat behind. The staff very kindly put the coat away for me so I could arrange for it to be picked up the following day. It was neatly placed in a KFC bag which I really appreciate. A big thank you to the staff involved 😊
