I ordered an icedcap & a bagel. The lid was not on properly & I was RUSHING to put it down. This is b/c they try & hand you everything before you can even settle the first item down saying “bye” repeatedly at the same time b/c you aren’t moving after 1 second they give you your last item. Moral of this experience is that the Icedcap Spilled all over MY MOMS passenger seat and cup holder area. No, they did not offer to make me a new one. I come here 3-4 days a week despite the hardship of them trying to rush you, it’s the closest Drive-Thru for me. My advice to you, take your FRK’N TIME & Pay No attention to their too soon farewells if you’re ordering more than 1 item :) I srsly need to stop coming here🖕

Great place recently have been only taking orders threw drive threw which I just found out that they are short staffed. But their afternoon manager Joslin or whatever how u spell it is a horrible person towards her employees treats them with disrespect and her customer service is completely ignorant and unacceptable I was talking to an employee and she butt in 9n our conversation she's entitled and has disregard for her employees just q bad person to work for and horrible customer service 👎 everyone else who I have talked with or taken service from is fantastic but her she doesn't deserve to be in management what so ever

DO NOT GO TO THIS TIM HORTON LOCATION !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!,!!! YOU HAVE TO WAIT MIN 20 MIN IF YOU GO FROM DRIVE THRU, FOOD IS ALWAYS OLD , OVER TOSTED, COFFEE IS ALWAYS COLD, THEY DONT HAVE HALF THE MENU MOST OF THE TIME , THEY USE THE SAME GLOVES TO TAKE YOUR ORDER+MONEY+MAKE YOUR FOOD AND DRINK AND HANDLE IT TO YOU , SAME GLOVES !!!!! NEVER EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION

15 minutes in a drive thru, with only 2 cars ahead!!! Then my tea wasn’t at the window and when it did get to the window I asked for a sleeve and the girl walked away to get sleeves that were already at the window. 20 minutes later I finally left the drive thru!! A few weeks ago I got what I describe as dish water instead of a coffee and the manager called and offered a free replacement of my whole order and when I went in to get my free replacement I was snarled at by the person at the counter and basically treated like a liar and when it was checked that I was in fact telling the truth I was given the coffee but the replacement croissant was denied. “You have to pay for the croissant”! No thanks take your croissant and your rude and tardy staff and keep it all. A lesson in customer service and swift and efficient customer service might be in order at this particular location.

This location deserves a ZERO! just look at all the reviews regarding customer service and its absolutely horrible. Employees are not properly trained and do not apologize for their mistake or inability to conduct a satisfactory standard business. I order through the app all the time from various locations and this was the first time in 5 years have I needed to acknowledge my presence to receive my order. My order got cold so I asked for a new one and I was immediately denied! This franchisee needs to lose their store as they do not know how to operate a proper business like the other locations.
