Sonic Drive-in

My wife’s favorite fast food restaurant before we moved here from Oregon. My wife still goes here to this day. She just accepts that her food will be wrong, missing or she’ll be waiting an hour because they forgot about her if it’s passed 6pm. They had a deal awhile back where you could your same meal with a ticket they gave you for what you purchased. Probably to up revenue because this place is notorious in Rexburg. Both the first time and the second time with the ticket were wrong. Kind of funny really. Trying to improve and they failed at that. ❤️ I’ll go to Freddy’s

We usually love coming to Sonic especially because of the play place. Tonight we were less than impressed with the service that we received. The play place was still open and un sweeped so we figured it was okay to go in especially because there were no signs saying it was closed. There were a few employees on breaks sitting in eating in the main room and no one said that we couldn't. We ordered and the lady taking our order wasn't rude but wasn't nice either. Then we waited 26 minutes to get our food. And when we finally got it the lady who dropped it off was very rude and left without saying anything to us. We will come back because we love the play place especially in the winter, but I think management needs to be aware of the treatment your customers are receiving.

Went in for yellow ticket Saturday and the food was passed the expiration I know because I've worked fast food, also everything I mean everything besides the apple juices for the kids meals and our drinks were thrown away. Sad to waste money on somewhere when I should of went grocery shopping instead. Scam big time. It was $52 and none of it was edible. Not even worth complaining to get the same results. Sad and disgusting, also completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I would hate to be the owner of this place to have my name tied to such an awful crew with no sense of food handling for safety.

If I could give a lower rating I would! I waited over 5 minutes at the drive thru menu and couldn't get anyone to wait on me. They were open and honking and asking for help didn't work. I even tried calling and no one answered. I pulled around to the window and saw a girl inside and she completely ignored me. There were drinks on the counter so I know people were in there. I honked at the window and still no acknowledgement thay I was there! If they were busy the least they could do was hop on the speaker and ask me to wait a few. Which I would have done. I took my business elsewhere.

Sat at drive thru order radio for 5 minutes without being spoken to. I pulled up to leave, and saw that other cars were in line to get food, i.e. that the place actually was open. I pulled back to the ordering place before waiting a few more minutes and leaving. I think the place was severely understaffed when I went there, so I think this is an issue of management or ownership of the restaurant rather than the employees themselves.

I waited 5 minutes at the register and no one acknowledged me. In this time. Another couple walked in and was waiting behind me. Eventually I walked out and they followed me no one acknowledge just on the way out or acted like they cared that we were leaving. Next I went and park my car at one of their call signs and pushed the button. After a few minutes and no one having answered the button I once again left and went to the drive-thru. After sitting in the Drive-Thru for what seems like another 5 minutes I eventually saw an employee taking out the trash and I waved him down and explained that I'm tired of waiting I had an online order that was ready to go and by the time that employee brought it out the ice was gone. I can't fathom how a business can operate with the quality of employees that they have currently. However, I would like to give a shout out to the employee that I flagged down and went and got my drinks I don't know his name but he had red hair and seem more concerned about it than anyone else.
