Mcdonald's

Why do we always have to check our food to ensure the order is correct. I always end up kicking myself because this industry is just notorious for getting our food wrong. The staff was courteous enough, I just don’t want to pay for a double bacon and get a single and then have to either take it or drive back once I’ve realized my order is wrong.

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to in my entire life This isnt even fast food when I’m waiting almost 30 minutes in the curbside for a little bit of food. The manager on the lunch shift was absolutely rude to me and another customer because we were both waiting so long for simple items and complaining. We live on post so there’s not a lot of options food wise in the local area and McDonald’s is my kids favorite so we come here often but damn near every time I have been here we have waited more than enough time for food just for it to come out disgusting and soggy. If managers cannot tolerate negative feedback then hire new people who can.

I give 3 stars due to them getting it right with my request to have no salt on my fries. The other star was not given because I ordered a Happy Meal with a water and they gave me a large water; the little ones hand aren't even big enough to hold this ginormous cup let alone the weight when full. I guess it would be awesome for a baby shower, lol!

We dined here on 03/07/2022 and it was the worse we have ever experienced!!! I would love to say it was due to short staff, or that they were busy, but they were not. We placed our order at one of the kiosks across from the register and waited patiently at the booth next to the main entrance, so that we were close enough to see if our order was ready, and to hear them call out our number. We witnessed guests coming in, placing their order, and leaving. One of the staff members behind the counter had our receipt, so I had thought they were working on our order. There were even a few times he would look down to our receipt, thump his pen it on a few times, and just looked into the kitchen. After waiting for about 30 minutes for our order, we went up to the counter to see what was going. They completely forgot our order. This whole time this employee was using my receipt for a drumkit, he never once thought, it was something we were waiting on?!? At this time we are the only customers in the dining room, and the drive thru was completely empty, so there was absolutely no excuse for not completing our order. We sat there staring and waiting, and not once did any staff member acknowledge us or ask if we were waiting on something.

What's fun about this location is that sometimes you have a long wait, sweet associate who is just trying thier best and perfect food or like today, short wait, rude associate and great food. So basically you may be treated like trash or gold and wait 2 mins or 30, but the food will be good either way haha
