Absolutely horrible experience. Ordered food and sent someone to pick it up. When I got the food my order was half wrong. After calling, because how do you forget the entire topping on a bagel?????, The girl I spoke to, rudely informed me I would need me to bring the bagel back to have my money refunded. Out of my breakfast and have to deliver a bagel back 11 hours later. I will absolutely not use this location again. Trash service for subpar food. Shame on them.

This isn't the normal Dunkin I go to but it was close by. The drive-thru is really long so I went inside. Got 2 bacon egg croissants and not only did it take almost 10 minutes to get the food it was cold. Cheese wasn't even melting.

Good service. Standard fast food fare, I suppose, but they were able to serve me a non-dairy latte and a muffin.

I love my decaf ice coffee, but things could be a little more affordable.

My hash browns never got put on the order so I had to go inside to get them. No big deal. It happens. Glad I checked my bag.

Everything was cold. Snacking bacon and toasted bagel were cold. Stale donut to go with cold food. Glad I had a gift certificate and it wasn't my actual money.

Lobby not open. Now closed on Wednesdays. Slow services. Line can be 20 cars deep. Expect 15 to 20 min. Wait for your stuff. No sign at drive thru saying closed on Wednesdays can't count how many people I've seen just sitting there waiting for someone to answer. Small sign saying lobby closed so cars pull up all the time get out to find it locked.
