Don’t bother asking for your order to be cooked fresh. I went in so I could see if they would cook it fresh when asked. I even said I’m happy to wait so it is hot. The young girl put food straight into the bag from the warmer. Wicked wings were little drumsticks with both meals, chips were cold and dry and no wipes or napkins.

No compassion at all. When my partner and I desperately need to use the bathroom after a 2 hours drive, also get some food at 9:45pm(they close at 10pm). They were very strictly to say NO to the bathroom, then asked us, do you need to order anything? I said, I would love to order however I need to find the toilet first then come back. The way the staff talked made me feel like I m going there just for the bathroom. (Or they regard their food as the admission to the toilet?) Anyway, I ended up going to the McDonald’s at the same car park area and had a nice evening meal there.

The place is run by kids who don't want to be there, who cannot translate an order into something that resembles the initial request and work a speeds that transcend that of a sloth. So, if you are a small on patience, high on cholesterol, cognisant of how logic and norms function, give this and its cohorts a wide birth.

This store is without a doubt the most disgusting food store I've ever been in. The place was absolutely filthy, internally and externally. Drink all over the floors, food scraps throughout the store, rubbish on floors, not a single clean table. Literally the dirtiest food outlet I've seen worldwide. We were there for over 20 minutes and nothing was cleaned. The store was empty at that stage.
