Dunkin'

I'm only giving it 2 stars because I understand how it works at Dunkin's. But I was given the wrong coffee when I went through the drive thru. Then I got the right donut. But the donut was NOT fully cooked. I couldn't eat it. I understand it was busy. But please just pay attention to customers and their orders. It takes maybe 5 minutes to get one order fully done. But again I understand how busy it can be.

Is this Dunkin’ ever open anymore? Lack of help?? I always see new employee coming and going. What is going on with management over here? Why have such a hard time keeping employees? Nothing is worse than going to get your coffee and this place is closed randomly. Get a new manager, need employees to stay so we can get our coffee!!!!!!!!!! This place has been like this for months. They randomly shut down for a month over the summer. And close early more than a few days a week because manager can’t get people to work or keep employees. Please get yourself together! Be open or shut down completely. Morning workers are either hit or miss, both attitude and coffee. Night crew is awesome and makes great coffee

This is my favorite Dunkin’ in the area. With that said I hope the staff finds a way to work through their struggles as I see the staffing issue taking it’s toll. While I understand the stress and frustration of being short staffed, as I am dealing with similar circumstances at my place of business. It is very uncalled for to make someone feel as though they have done a disservice for ordering something other than a coffee with cream and sugar. I ordered one drink that I assume is more complicated than others, but that was all. I was met with a “that’s the one you decide to order today” in an unfavorable tone as the window shut. Please just remember we are ALL going through things.

I have been to at least 10 different Dunkin donuts, all the way from Manchester NH, to Massachusetts, to nashua all multiple times && 9/10 times I have to bring my coffee which is just a small French vanilla iced coffee with five creams and five sugars melted back inside to have it remade, && I just went to this Dunkin donuts on Amherst st, && yes I waited a little longer at the window then usual for just one coffee, but it is AWESOME!!! So many days I've been disappointed going to Dunkin donuts && this place just made my coffee the best I've had in over 2 months so just wanted to say thank you for that!!

To begin at the drive thru wait too long, the workers were not friendly at all. I don't know about the other workers but the two girls from this afternoon shift 09/28/2021 4:00 pm are rude. My 3 sourdough sandwiches were cold and not bread toasted. Looks like they just open up the freezer got the bread slices and put the egg, bacon and cheese and handed me over thru the window. I did complain and she got upset because she would need to remake the sandwiches. I left with my cold sandwiches because I was already fed up😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬
