Super Ling

came by a couple of weeks ago for a curated send off dinner, cosy noisy venue, good modern twist on Asian flavours, enjoyed myself and the food although would've been better if there was dessert on the set menu. will be sad to see it go, hopefully there's a future rendition elsewhere. pick of the night has to be the pork and barramundi rolls and the super nachos - what a creative way of using wonton skins (have since then replicated this dish at home). outstanding.

I cant say enough about the service we received here on Friday night. We turned up to see if they had a walk in table, but unfortunately as it was about to rain, the only seats were outside. So, we ended up ordering take away instead. The guy that took our order and looked after us, who I assume was the manager, was awesome. We were only take away customers, but we were looked after just as well as people eating in. It was our first visit and the food was exceptional! The mapo tofu jaffles and the fried chicken were our faves. The sweet and sour pork was pretty delicious too! Can't wait to actually be organised and book a table so we can go to try their famous noodles.

Small cozy restaurant serving modern Chinese dishes. All the dishes tasted like home cooked food but with a western twist. The mix meat is delicious and have many different parts like pork ear, tripe, and tendons. There's not a lot of seats so booking is advisable. They also have extensive list of alcohol as they partnered up with the bar next door. Food - 7 Service - 9 Vibe - 9 Price - $$$$

Cosy venue, friendly staff and a menu packed full of flavour. Super Ling is unfortunately seeing out it’s last days this month, but I’m certainly glad I got to make it there before it closed. The menu is creative, fun and exciting. Turning traditional Chinese food on its head. All of the food was flavoursome and well executed. A warning though that the food is extremely oily (but delicious!). Wine list from the pub next door, The Lincoln, and that is also where you’ll find the toilets (slightly inconvenient). Highlight was the lamb flatbread.

I like both the lunch and dinner menu. If you go during lunch time, please try the beef noodle Soup with pork broth as the noodle available during lunch only. The dinner menu has more selections and good to share. My favourite are the pork belly, black ink fried rice, 4 types of egg soup, barramundi and the beef tartare. Very good services as well. You won’t get disappointed
