For my first time in London, I first went at Piccadilly Circus' Chatime (we also have Chatime in Paris so I wanted to compare).
This address was not overcrowded as some other Chatime in London (like the London China Town one).
The waitress was courtesy and I was able to site and drink in.

I visited Chatime before Christmas. The shop was small but adorable! Staff were friendly. The drink was amazing! Such a generous amount for the price, tasted lovely and the cup it was in was so cute!

The service is quick which was useful but the place is soo small but I guess it’s part of its charm. At busy times the line goes out on to the street ! They have an adorable theme of hello kitty there too.

Staff were so kind, especially the enthusiastic woman with the bright smile on her face (sorry, I can't remember her name!). Service was a bit slow around rush hour, but still enjoyed my tea. The seating arrangements are also a little awkward and squished; the place needs an expansion ASAP! Such a lovely place to be in, the Hello Kitties really make the place look photogenic.

Cristina & shammin was absolutely amazing, customer service was at s very high standard and the bubble tea she made will definitely have me coming back everyday this week!! I would definitely recommend!

Delicious bubble tea! Pearls are very good quality! They have coconut jelly which is vegan: delicious in the cold tea. Can be mixed with pearls too make it 50% coconut jelly and 50% pearls or go 100% one or the other - both are vegan friendly! Very cute place! Clean shop and friendly service! Thank you!

This afternoon I ordered a jasmine green milk tea. The drink is so tasty and the staff are really nice. I am really appreciate their service as I had an not really pleasant service in Chinatown branch. The waiting time was really short although the shop is quite busy by that time. I am sure that I will visit again soon.
