Caffe Nero

Have been coming to this Nero on and off for nearly a decade and have recently came back to do some work. This morning I was greeted by the lady with the hair in a bun and she delivered very personable customer service with a smile and made the most amazing coffee, offering the selection and sold me on the lovely smooth blend. Always a fan of the classical/jazz music in the background.

Caffè nero is found on the first floor of Morleys. Access is via stairs, escalator and lift. Lift is on the small side but can accommodate a wheelchair or small mobility scooter. The Caffè itself its bright and pleasant, enough seating. It has a limited variety of sandwiches and cibbatas, muffins and cakes as well limited variety of cold drinks. The only vegan option is a "sausage roll ". Hot drinks the usual. The counter is not very accessible, its quite high and its a struggle to pay and collect drinks. Some of staff are helpful while others let you struggle, had to rely on other customers being helpful Overall its a pleasant experience but if disabled can be hit or miss.
