Wendy's

We asked for 2 different meals and they gave us the same for both. I wanted to try their fried picked honey chicken sandwich and what I got was nothing like the picture. The pickles were crumbled up instead of whole and they tasted a little stale. We were really disappointed to be first time visitors.

Okay I'm already not a fan of Wendy's period and I know the restaurants in Kyle Texas can't cook and has horrible food but my fiancé insisted on ordering from Wendy's. They made his food right but when it came to my spicy chicken sandwich it was all wrong as you can see from the photos. First off I never received a spicy chicken sandwich. They gave me a grilled chicken sandwich and it didn't have anything I asked for on it. They changed me 1.30 for three pieces of bacon which was only two pieces and they were burnt and hard, .65 cents for jalapenos which wasn't added to the sandwich, they gave me Mayo instead of mustard they didn't add any pickles or onions and then told me I couldn't get a refund.

Customer service was non-existent. fries were overcooked and the burgers were tasteless. Got the chicken nuggets kids meal, the nuggets were good from a kids perspective. I explained to the lady at the window that the person taking the order and herself lacked proper customer service, they didn't repeat the order and she practically threw the order at us through the window while not even closing the bag, which let out the hot air from the food. Not wanting to give 1 star ⭐.

Yesterday after my daughters recital we had an altercation with my violet ex husband, both of us (my 6yo and me) were really scared and upset, the day before, I’d promised my daughter I’d buy her Wendy’s after her recital, so I drove there and was trying to calm her, without realizing, I forgot to place the order on the speaker and arrived at the window without any order, both ladies there were confused I apologized constantly while my daughter was still crying out loud, I told them I needed a kids meal and that I’ve forgotten to order in the speaker, I was a wreck and I was still shaking, and crying and in shock, they were very patient and sweet and took my order there and let me pay and everything. I just want to say thank you ladies, someone else could’ve told me to go around back to the line again, when I only wanted to get home lock the doors and be safe, thanks for your compassion and patience, meant a lot to me, you never know what others are going thru.
