Nice to be able to have a Starbucks Coffee while you shop. It's a small one but the coffee is just as good as a bigger Starbucks.

The lady that made my drink ( iced Chai latte ) put no Chai in it, and made it mostly milk. I was very disappointed that I payed $5.25 for this milk in a cup.

Lady working the counter was a bit off. Most of the drinks were wrong. I didnt realize this until I handed the order to my wife and family. I was just reading off the list that was given to me. Im not local to the area, but if I were I'd drive out of my way to go somewhere else.

For a Starbucks its great. The barista was friendly quick and made my drink perfect. And made my husbands cappuccino perfect. 95% of the starbucks give him a cup of nothing but foam. But this barista did it right. A little layer of foam then liquid. Perfect.

Absolutely the BEST in-store Starbucks in the Knoxville area. Don't miss it.
All the baristas are great, but our favorite is Lil' bit. She is AMAZING! BEST drinks I've had... especially from an in-store location!

Love this Starbucks! Very fast most days but some of the beristas can be a little rude its not service w a smile for sure. They also mess up my order about every 2/10 so there is that issue as well w drive thru however being insider they are rude w no happy greeting & they rarely seem to be happy people in general. I go about 2/7 days a week at least. So believe what you want but until u go u will never see what its like or what I mean.
