Arby's

This location is absolutely horrible. Ordered over $50 worth of food and didn't even eat most of it. The fries were stone cold and only about half full. I order a Bacon Swiss Chicken sandwich that I receive with no bacon or Swiss, just a piece of chicken and a bun. we also didn't receive our jalapeños slide. we went back to the restaurant, through the drive through because the dining room still isn't open, and they wouldn't even listen. Drove all the way back and got nothing! Dude was very rude. Never wasting my money again!

This Arby’s and it’s late night staff need to be looked into. Dealt with that same crew twice and something is off. Still sick from the last time I ordered food there. They don’t answer you at the speaker system for over five minutes you look to see if there are cars at the window and there were none then line forms behind me finally they answer you at the speaker system you go to the window the person tell you to drive past the window for food to be brought to you. The next person in line doesn’t move from speaker system until I leave. Gyro breading was water and everything smeared. The experience sucked and the diarrhea I’m having isn’t fun. I won’t go back to that Arby’s. Second time same result. First time I spoke with a supervisor and boy was he something along with a couple other in there. The Arby’s in Halls is better just go there over the FC one.

Just pulled up and the sign was off so it looked closed. Then pulled to order and was told they had no lids for cheddar cups and they would be open in the bag. I asked if they could put it in something like a cup that had a lid. They said no they didn't have anything to put it in since they didn't have lids. I said ok never mind I don't want the order. Then as we were driving by the staff was laughing. We unprofessional!!

Their food is always pretty fresh never any complaints there. But I had ordered a brisket sandwich one day don't remember the name of it.. was given roast beef with bacon.. I still ate it though. It's ok. Update 2 months later new management Is rude.. obviously doesn't like her job. She's a short curvy black woman and her entire crew walks around slow and not efficiently.. I did call headquarters and spoke to someone . I usually don't have really bad complaints but I was on a thirty minute lunch break and spent 15 of it waiting to have my order taken I saw a guy walk out cause he was tired of waiting as well.

went thru the drive thru the guy ar the speaker said give me just one moment please which i did but after 5 minutes told him i was ready and he still put me off. i waited another 5 minutes before he took my order. then when i ordered my food i asked for horsey sauce but was given ranch instead. poor customer service . i wont be visiting this arbys again anytime soon.

Posting this before I call corporate office on the late night crew. Order is usually wrong if they even serve you I’ve waited fifteen minutes multiple times just to be answered at the speaker. Or the systems just go “down” the manager of the night crew and crew itself is lazy and will do wahatever to sway customers away so the don’t have to work.
