Firehouse Subs

Ordered a Sandwich through Door dash today, and on the receipt it said they didn't have the ingredients for it and literally sent me a loaf of bread with nothing else. I can only wonder what went through their thought process that made them decide to package this and send it out. At least send me some sauce to dip the bread on.

I love firehouse subs! Their subs are delicious and made well. I use the app to order ahead of time and it’s so convenient. The staff at this location is very friendly, it’s nice how they greet you when you walk in. I have visited this location several times in the past 3 years and it’s always a great experience and a delicious sub.

The manager at this fire house clearly does not care about hiring employees that are willing to work and at least provide decent service. Not only are they rude, but they are extremely lazy and it shows that they don’t even want to do their job. The managers are not helpful at all and the staff is so rude. It’s very obvious they just wanna go home. I would recommend going to another fire house because not only do they take forever to make you your food but they don’t give you any sort of kindness or quality service. The employees here Will give you nasty Looks if you ask where your food is, and they are nasty too. They don’t know how to operate in the same blue line, and When lunch hour comes around they get very overwhelmed and are super slow. The manager is obviously hiring people who are just willing to get paid for doing the bare minimum, but it is affecting the business. No wonder this fire house is short staffed because none of the employees want to work and I’m sure the environment between the coworkers is horrible.

This place is just simply poorly run. Waiting over half an hour for a sub is unacceptable and not idea at all for any customer. The owner here needs to improve work efficiency or hire better employees. I literally go to jersey mikes not far away and I’m in it and out. This firehouse is a straight up disaster.

I've been dining at firehouse subs for years. Now all of a sudden they change their hours from one day to the next, so the employee said. Closing at 8 pm do to shortstaff. This is unacceptable. This does not sit well with me at all. Yet you can go to Chick-fil-A across the parking lot and they are open with no problems of short staff. It's always something with this location.

The ice machine didn't have no ice in it. So I had to wait till it gets filled. My meatball sandwich wasn't ready because they needed more meatballs to be cooked. So I had to wait or leave if I couldn't. From what I could see it looks satisfactory clean bathroom table surroundings. They gave me a free cookie because my patient waiting. Management probably has to have a good talk with people there or maybe they need to hire the right employees. Avoid this place for now if you can' that is my recommendation. I've seen better times there.
