We were served by Rachel, who was very polite and friendly, a really nice member of the team
The only downside is the portion size of sides / fries seems to have shrunken in the last few months.

Cannot recommend this place enough. Fantastic food with an absolutely massive range of foods with a big range for vegetarians and vegans too. The waiters and waitresses were lovely and helpful and the food didn't take too long to come. Lovely positive atmosphere with nice music playing and perfectly child-friendly. Amazing idea for a family eat-out.

Visited here mid afternoon on a Tuesday - very good service, quick delivery of food and food was probably the best TGI's we have ever had. Our server Harriet was very good and on the ball at all points throughout the visit.

We went on Saturday afternoon. Not too busy. Got sat right away. Order taken within 15 to 20 minutes good amount of time for everyoneto pick what they want on the menu, food arrived for the next 15 minutes. The food was lovely. We had the mixed grill, and others had burgers. The service was great, and the atmosphere was superb. We paid £102 for a party of 5 with drinks. We were happy with the food and the service. We had a great time. Thank you, TGIF Gloucester Quays.

I came here for my birthday and had a great time. The manager, John catered for my allergy while our server Stu was full of enthusiasm and flair. Our drinks were kept topped up, the food was delicious and came out in a timely manner. Really great restaurant and will be coming back for more!

Kira served us this morning and was so accommodating. Gave our son a ballon and interacted with him when she came to our table. Food came out quickly and was delicious too.

I had not been here in some time, but it quickly came back to why. The service was on the slow side, waited 40 mins for the food after placing the order. There was only three of us in my party. This was due to being understaffed, and it was not busy on the evening we went. One couple walked out because of the wait. I had the half rack of ribs, which were dry due to being overcooked. The mozzarella droppers were also overcooked. So if you have time to wait for your food and not worried how it is cooked, then this is the place for you.

Managed to get a table as it was good Friday, our server Harriet was very friendly and helpful we got refillable drinks which came quickly, I went for Chicken Tacos which says its to share but I don't have a big appetite you get 2 large tacos which you can see but the picture they was very tasty and very nice I also had the cheese and maple bacon loaded fries they was ok not much cheese or bacon bit was still ok, the bill took a while but overall the experience was good

Great food!
Random road trip brought us down to the quays, starving on arrival.
So many places to choose from to eat, it's been a while since I've eaten a Fridays.
We were seated straight away, chose quickly from the great menu of all sorts catered for. Staff were friendly and welcoming.
Food was quickly delivered hot, fresh, tasty and plentiful. We couldn't decide so ordered lots of things to share like wings, tacos, potato skins and loaded fries.
Would definitely recommend and will be back.
