Miller & Carter Steakhouse

We came for dinner and drinks for our anniversary. The visit was exceptional from the moment we were seated to the minute we left. The waitress we were given was amazing. She was lovely, polite and engaged with us throughout our visit. Her knowledge of the menu was excellent. Our food was fast arriving and cooked incredibly. We even got a wee surprise “Happy Anniversary “ message piped onto our dessert plates which was a very nice and special touch from the waitress, overall experience was 10/10 and will definitely be back in the future.

Had a lovely meal here for our anniversary and combined wife's 40th birthday. Our server, Michelle, was fantastic and friendly. There was a wee mix up with the way our steaks were cooked, but no big drama as we just swapped (although it was two different cuts), the food was good and the added bonus of the lovely anniversary cake was a lovely touch and greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend and we would happily return!

Very good restaurant located in the center of Glasgow. It's oriented on steak menus and this theme is following also the restaurant interiors and decorations. However, there are also options in the menu for those who want to try something different. There is also fix menu price for non-peak days. The food was delicious and cake absolute heaven.

Beautiful old bank turned into a fabulous steak house. We decided to treat ourselves on our last night in Glasgow. All steaks were perfectly cooked and seasoned. We would definitely come back. One of the best steaks I've ever had. I was raised on a farm in the States that raised grass-fed, grain finished cattle.....haven’t had a steak like this since I left the farm.

Stunning building, grand dining room and plenty of space between tables. Pleasant atmosphere and our server was lovely. Now the food. Possibly one of, if not, the best fillet steaks I've ever had. Also this was on a Sunday so it was about £35 per person for 3 courses, so good. Also the desert was delicious, the ice cream with mango sorbet and raspberry compote, comes in a shell of mango chocolate, highly recommend. Also the onion loaf is their answer to onion rings and I'm converted!

This place has it all for the meat lovers. The food quality, the class, the atmosphere and service. Perfectly converted old bank into a restaurant. You will not find many of this around in the world, specially not so well made and aesthetically pleasant. We had the Butcher Block 27 OZ in 3 and it was enough for us. We company all with a nice Argentinean Malbec. We order also some salads and it came with a free iceberg lettuce. Don't forget to visit the toilets which are in the old vault and they still preserve the original iron doors in the entrance.
