Taco Bell

Service is pretty fast at this location. Newer building and the restaurant is pretty clean inside as well. It's just your standard fast food Taco Bell food. Nothing outstanding about it. But it will cure your hunger pains when in a rush or a budget. They have a fairly inexpensive $1.00ish menu of a few items as well.

I’m not largely a fan of being scolded by my Taco Bell server! He told me next time come into the lobby... but the lobby had been closed for a half hour; and he should have a clock somewhere around him! Also if I ask for sauce not once, not twice, but three times; take a few seconds and throw it in there! Food was what I expect from Taco Bell, but that customer service, get outta here!

I am in Cheyenne on business. I distinctively told the drive-thru attendant no sour cream on my food please. Typically I check my food before I leave this time I did not, my bad. I drove 15 minutes back to my hotel room to find out my food was made wrong. Drove all the way back to taco Bell only for them to offer a refund. They didn't offer me any options as far as other food or a free meal absolutely nothing as far as customer service goes. A rough total of 46 minutes of driving. Only to find out they did not want to help the customer. I understand The money isn't the best but please take a little pride in whatever you do. Your name is on it make it worth it.
