Food is better and cheaper than Bob&Berts just down the street, although Starbucks feels like a staff canteen rather than a coffee shop, it's OK, service is not bad, wasn't a busy time, but I was still called out wrong, b6 my name on cup? So what's the point of the name thing, OK it's a small thing, but making the customer feel valued isn't.

My girlfriend and myself got served by Emily. She was so nice, welcoming and made us drinks which were made to perfection which is quite refreshing compared to other coffee shops we’ve visited. 10/10 service , quick and fast.

I ordered drinks here but the dragon fruit refresher was very watery and had to much ice. Had to take it back for more syrup but should have asked for it to be done again but with less ice. Service was good though.

For the love of Pete, carpet the floor or something. This was the loudest Starbucks I've ever been in, but not in a good way.

Amazing staff! I arrived at 7:50 after reading the store opened at 7:30 to find it still closed. A staff member came outside and explained that they cannot always open early due to deliveries, which I completely understand. The staff member offered to serve me regardless, so that I didn't miss my bus. The drinks are always perfect and service is amazing!!
