Nice and clean place. We have had here our breakfasts during a three day vacation in this area and everything was fine. Coffee, cappuccino, cinnamon rolls, pecan bread. We have had the choice to dine in or outside.

Good overpriced food but terrible service. A quarter of the time the order's wrong or they forget to give you things. And they don't even ask if you want a receipt. Only time I went back for my item the cashier was rude and doubting me though I showed her the payment on my CC app. Over a pastry. Yesterday they refused to add a bagel to my order at the window and said I needed to drive through again though there was no one behind me. Ridiculous. On top of that they gave me the wrong sandwich.

Extremely slow service, and the prices do not match the quality. The person working drive thru asked me to wait 5 mins before ordering when there was only one vehicle in front of me, and by the time I had placed my order they had already paid and left. By that time there was a line backed up behind me. I ordered the frontega chicken panini which came to $12 for one soggy, cold, overpriced, not-even-so-tastey, sandwich.

The food was ok but if your going to the one on the barre montpeiler road in vermont there very rude an seemed short and honestly snobby couldn't belive it! We never have had problems with people being so rude at any other place but they were very unpleasant

11/02 went to visit. Because I deliver propane and my vehicle cannot fit through the drive thru I was denied service. I asked about alternatives and walking through they said that was too much of a liability. I contacted Panera Customer Care and they said they would address the issue. I visited 11/16 and called to ask about service, they stated the same. Just a heads up to all the essential workers that like Panera, if your vehicle it too large don’t expect service from Panera.

Not the first time we have had bad experiences here. This time the stack Mac was completely cold in the middle 🤮 and I asked for the chicken soup bread bowl and they gave it me in a plastic bowl, but yet got charged for the bread bowl which is more expensive… stack Mac, and a small small plastic thing of soup and a small soda came to over $20

Never really friendly. Counter staff are not good at customer service. Their coffee mugs are always dirty. They don't inspect them before putting them away or giving them to customers. One time the rim was completely Dusty like it had been on the shelf for a year. Then this time around 3/8/18 at 10:15, my mug had a lipstick smudge.... I'm not wearing lipstick... Not a great place. Always a disappointment here.
