Taco Bell

This is the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to in my life. I have never had a wrong order or issue with the quality of the food ever. The staff is friendly professional and efficient. I’ve never had to wait for any amount of time unless there is a line and even then they keep it moving fast. The quality of the food is always what you expect it to be here, and for once looks like the pictures at the drive thru menu. Just overall very impressed with this location. This location has improved greatly. The customer service, the last few times we've been there has been GREAT! We called in because our order was slightly wrong and Alex was SUPER apologetic and very nice about replacing the incorrect items. Customer service goes a LONG way. Everyone we've interacted with has been very polite.

This location is always the best when Alex is working. Always has a smile on his face, always respectful, always charismatic and does everything he can to help. I used to be a manager at Panda Express so I know how hard it is to stay positive in this business, but Alex does it without breaking a sweat. What a guy.

Never open when its hours say they should be. The employees will close an hour or more early and sit in the lobby watching people drive around confused on why the works are standing inside with the lights off watching. Its been this way for months now. That the only reason im even bothering to leave this comment. It sad because it used to be one of the best serve locations i had ever been to.

apparently, the staff decided to close early or just hide. I got into the take out line just before 9 pm last night. there were 6 cars ahead of us. after 10 minutes, three front car finally pulled forward. After another 10 min we were finally at the kiosk - only the screen wasn't on. thats when we figured out people weren't pulling forward, they were giving up and driving away. Why can't the kiosk have a "we're closed"message on it? or, maybe the place could actually be open for the hours listed? I was trying to feed the random craving of my pregnant wife, only to spend 45 min driving there and back plus the wait for a closed restaurant. Ridiculous!
