Ordered and paid for online. Customers sitting inside at 8:45pm, dining room closes at 10 pm. Went in to grab my online order door is locked! No sign no explanation. 9 car drive thru lane 25 min wait to go through the line to pick up my mobile order. I really like the food here but customer service could be better. My hot food turned into cold food since it was done and sitting on the counter since they decided to close the dining room early and I had to sit through the line to pick up my order. Very disappointing:(

Oh...the inconvenience of ordering online! Order confirmed online to be ready in 10 minutes...show up in 15. Give my name...they pull order ticket up...discussion with manager ensues. Manager tells me that they are out of traditional wings...then proceeds to look at me speechless (as if what do you want to do?) No..."I'm sorry...can we get you something else?" I then ask do I have to call ahead to make sure that they have traditional wings? Response from manager "That is your best bet!" If I wanted to bet...I would have gone to the casino! I BET you I won't be back!!!

Worst experience trying to pick up my online order. They say to pick the order up inside and the door is locked, I call and I’m told that the other door should be unlocked which again is locked. Call and told someone will come To let us in to again not be let in. then we see somebody walk out so my daughter runs up in the pouring rain to try and get in to the door and an employee lock the door on her while she was getting ready to pull open the door. I then call again now I’ve been waiting 25 minutes my food has been ready for over 25 minutes to then call back and have a manager tell me I have to go through the drive-through when I asked that the 1st time I called and that my food just came out. The crazy thing is when I receive that food after waiting in line for 15-20 more minutes my food was cold and NOT fresh. I will not come to this Zaxby’s again, very unprofessional staff. Very disappointed in the service I received tonight.

I have tried this location on 2 different occasions. Both were disappointing. Will not go back. Overpriced, chicken seemed old and dry. Slow service, staffed by totally indifferent folks. I get that it's fast food but, they're borderline ridiculous. Location is also sort of hidden and difficult to get into. Chick-fil-A is also right next door.
