Tim Hortons

It was 6:35 PM when I placed my order for a hot chicken wrap after standing in a 5 minute long lineup and was then told by the worker that it wasn't possible as the grill had already been shutdown. Closing time is 7 PM and they should be providing full service until that time and not shutting down equipment early for their own convenience. Also, there was no signage indicating that they were not serving hot food which is very disrespectful and shows you don't care for your customer's time especially when they are standing in a long line up.

Worst customer service, EVER! I simply asked them for more cream cheese. I eat a bagel everyday from other locations and never saw cream cheese spread that thinly before🥲🤣then they gave me attitude. The lady grabbed my bagel on the counter in a way that she snatched it looking irritated and threw it in the garbage aggressively. I told them I'll pay,jeez!

They need to improve their rewards redemption app system. Everytime I go there the staff would ask me to pull out my phone and physically show them which offer I activated. The Internet was always slow and it makes me look like I'm holding up the line. When all I wanted to confirm is which wrap deal is 2 for $8, the farmers or the chicken bacon one. I don't care which one I can have either as long as it's the $8 deal. You would think they would know their own promos. I mean I already activated it at home but I just forgot which wrap cuz they rotate those two kinds of wraps for that same deal from time to time. This is the 2nd time they made me pull out my phone in my backpack and show it to then as if they need proof of it or something when I have the physical reward card they can just scan it and it would show them if I activated it already which I always do. The food is good and fast but the staff needs to be nicer and not make it more difficult for their clients to order and pay for their food. It's like she enjoys seeing me fumble for me wallet and hand her my Tim card but then won't scan it and asks for to see my phone app which takes forever to load BTW. Frustrating really.

Ownership of this Tim Hortons really need to get their act together!! ordered 2 x triple triple coffees on Saturday. Coffee was so weak - we could not drink it! They are so understaffed that they often get the sugar mix incorrect, so I now have to tell them every time to make sure its a TT. So I guess its back to stable Starbucks.
