Freshslice

I ordered a Gluten Free Pizza with unlimited toppings. The pizza base they prepared was paper thin and it was burned from the bottom. Look at the pictures here! The base was so thin that it couldn’t even hold the weight of the toppings on top of it. Very BAD experience and I feel like money spent on this pizza was a waste.

They messed up our order and gave us a pizza that was so spicy that we couldn't even eat it. While placing the order, it was clearly stated don't make it too hot. They heard it wrong and when we contacted them again to let them know, the lady who answered the phone said you got what you ordered there's nothing we can do and hung up. Horrible experience with the staff. Pizza sucked, even by fresh slice standards. Won't recommend this location.

First time someone deal with me so politely and that was the girl working at this fresh slice whose name was gurleen. I must say that these employees should definitely get promotions or something to benefit them just as a reward of encouragement. Whereas the fresh slice which is in Surrey Cental city mall (10153 King George blvd unit #705 ) have the employees that are really very rude in nature. Which should definitely be stopped. Because that day mood got really very off due to that employee.

I just visited on june7,2022 around 11:45. Two girls were working there and taking to each other and not ready to take the order. Even while taking my order she was keep chanting with her friend and laughing so loudly and i feel so ignored. They even not using the gloves while making and serving the pizza. Not recommended this place and not willing to visit ever again

My one star rating of this particular Freshslice Pizza which is located at 10252 City Parkway in Surrey BC, which is right across from the Bus-Loop, and the old entrance to the Surrey Central Skytrain. The reason for my poor rating is based on numerous personal experiences, as well as what my own personal opinions are based on observations of other patrons experiences. I understand, and am empathetic to the taxing nature that this location could have as it deals with alot of individuals who suffer from homelessness, Mental Health issues, and or addiction and it must be heartbreaking as well as frustrating at the same time. From my numerous interactions with the 4, 5 or 6 different employees that I seem to deal with on a consistent basis, that they no longer see patrons as the individual people they are, and are so completely robotic in their interactions. They don't smile at you, say Welcome, Thank You for coming, or have a nice day. Frankly the staff I have encountered (one was female manager) were & continue to be rude to most patrons. They do however talk and share laughter amongst themselves, as well as when people they know personally come into the Restaurant. That is the only time that I have had the pleasure of seeing them smile, seeing any sort of joy & happiness on their faces, and the only time I've had the pleasure of seeing such joyful animation as they shared conversations and genuine laughter amongst themselves. It would be great if they showed even ¼ of that amount of joy to the patrons of Freshslice as they did while hanging out and socializing with their friends & family while at WORK!?

I ordered unlimited topping pizza, but all I saw was white sauce on the top with only few toppings I could literally count’em and the crust was over cooked, the employee named mehak deep treated us rudely and argued that she couldn’t add more toppings, This is the first time I ordered from this branch, all other branches are too good and they treat their customers very well than this branch. At the end I asked for refund. I guess she doesn’t mean what is unlimited toppings.
