Just went with my fiancé today to buy our wedding rings. Thankfully we have been here before, so we felt more comfortable knowing what we want. The Sales staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They answered our questions with genuine understanding of their products. They were not too pushy as well, and made us feel comfortable with the purchase. All of us, including the friends that came with us, felt that the prices were very reasonable for what we got. Staff Joanne Lee is a very caring, friendly service staff who give me n my mum a very attentive approach. Her effort approach service is excellent n I wish to let the customer service manager give her a good reward n she really give us a very welcome information that we request. Thank u . Excellent service by the sale executive, Kingston at the outlet. We went there to shop for Si Dian Jin but didnt buy in end. He was patience and friendly, clearly explaining to us about the products and while providing us some recommendations. Although, we didn't brought anything from the shop, we were all amazing by the service he provided.
