Taco Bell

This is like the safest and nicest taco bell in the world. Ive been coming here for years and ever since the pandemic they continue to surprise me. They ask how you are doing at the drive through and when you get to the window it is super low contact. They hand you your food with trays and have you insert your own card! Its great! Keep up the good work and lovely manners!

Here my order they screw up I order Triple layer nacho they give me supreme I order two fritos burritos with no Chips look I get chips this hanned twice here I'm so pist off but what's funny I told the drive threw girl about the first time this happened She never look at my order and it's not my responsibility to check. So I'm suppose to open a burrito and Check.

Although we cannot go in and dine anymore, we can still enjoy the takeouts. Except, when they keep getting the orders wrong. The last two times that I have been there my orders have been wrong! Today, I had ordered for my family I had asked for the veggie super bowl and was given the chicken bowl! I had also asked for two steak quesadillas and was given chicken! I believe the only thing that they got right in my order was the new nacho fries now how can you go wrong with that? Fry's with nacho sauce surprisingly they got that one right. Since the pandemic the taco Bell and rosemead has really gone down, their service is not as good as it used to be it seems like they really don't care anymore I understand they are working in an environment where they can pass along or get covid-19 if that's the case and they fear that then they shouldn't be working there they should honest and truly try to upgrade their service and get these orders correct!
