Pizza took a while to get on a slow Tuesday night. Overall flavors were good, but the pizza dipping sauce for the cheese bread was ice cold (as if it just came out of the fridge). It should be warmed up prior to serving. Hot food hot. Cold food cold. Simple principle. However, we were hugely disappointed to not find a parmesan shaker that wasn't either empty or filled with mold! I brought it to the employee's attention, to which all he replied was, "That's interesting." :( That pretty much ruined the experience.

Avoid these incompetent yahoos! Last year we ordered a pizza that was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes and ended up taking an hour. This afternoon we thought we’d give them another chance and placed a phone order at 6:15. We were told the pizza would be ready in 20-30 minutes. At 6:50 we walk into the store to pick it up. The person at the register can’t find our order. We talk to someone else, still no luck. A third person finally comes out from the back and tells us “It’s funny, but we have a new system and your order didn’t get entered.” No apology. No offer for a discount. Nada.

The 1st pizza was made wrong and just gave me $10.00 coupon's when I paid $18.00 in the first place!! 😤 The pizza is better than Gary's!! You're pizza is AWESOME, GREAT, WONDERING!! I came back and I ordered a build your own pizza and had mushrooms, onions, and tomatoes and the pizza was not as good as be for. The pizza dough taste old, there's hardly no sauce on there and toppings were scarce.

Ordered ONE pizza while no one else was here. Paitiently waited an hour before asking about my order and was told we were forgotten about. Nobody else was here and the 2 employees were doing nothing but standing around looking lost. Would've given 2 stars if the pizza was good, but just save your time and money and eat at the pizza place across the street. You can get a well done steak somewhere else faster than you can a room temp pizza here.
