Mcdonald's

Updated review 6/28/21 @ 7:30 pm: This franchise is managed very poorly. My order was either made by a blind guy or the cook hates me or the cook is 4 years old. I ordered extra sauce on 2 sandwiches. There's more sauce on the wrapper/box than on the sandwich. Were they in a rush? Well no cars were behind me and only 1 before me. I ordered tomatoes and they left them in a tall stack instead of laying them out. I ordered slivered onions on both sandwiches - got none. This is the worst mcdonald's. The next mcdonald's is 4 minutes farther away but the extra time and distance is worth it for better service and prices. I called to complain. They did write my name down to recieve my order free next time but I haven't been back and don't plan to be. Previous review: Good food but if you charge .35 for extra sauce then at least give me some napkins. We never recieve napkins

FYI- Keep an eye on your account if you pay via the app at this store. You know McDonald's is very very popular and I understand that. But you know the service at the Saint Albans West Virginia store I mean it is just down right poor. I used the app like always. The money came out of my checking account. I even showed the so called Store Manager that it came out of my account. She was like you still owe $12 and some change. I told her and showed her once again that the full amount came out of my account. She was like you have to pay again. I'm sorry I'm not going to double pay for an order that I have proof of being paid. This is not the first time I have had issues with this same store.

The employees are friendly and seem to try hard overall, especially the managers. This and all McDonald's need to offer their quarter pounder WITHOUT CHEESE as a menu item. Yes every time I order a quarter pounder meal, I have to specify WITHOUT CHEESE, onions, and ketchup. Unfortunately 98 to 99% of the time the quarter pounder comes out WITH CHEESE!!! Why does McDonald's think that everyone on the planet loves cheese??? When I check it as soon as they hand it to me the first time, it comes out wrong the second time about 50% of the time!
